The team served us with genuine smiles and such positive energy, making our sandwiches with care. service was horrible. place wasn’t busy and we waited over 30min for our food. the best part was after we got our food a young lady from another table came up and ask if our subs were right and we had 1 of there subs and they had 1 of ours. Having worked in the food industry for a long time I think the service was horrible. I definitely will not come back.

I was SHOOK. Everyone was welcoming and friendly. They asked me about my day and if I was doing anything exciting for the weekend. They seemed like they genuinely wanted to offer customer service and a great experience and you just don’t see that very much anymore.

Every time I come to this location the service is very slow. Whenever there’s more than two customers it seems to take 15 minutes to get served. The employees are usually very friendly though.

Quite possibly the worst customer service i have ever had. Came in at 8:50 pm after a long shift and asked for a hot sub. Apparently they clean the grill 40 minutes early and talk about how anything past 7:30 someone can make at their house and that they have lives too. On top of stating they should charge $20 extra for anything they just cleaned. Proceeding to talk about how inconsiderate it is to order something thats on the menu. Will never be back
