I just ordered a turkey and cheese and provolone sub from Jersey Mike’s during lunch time. I ordered it at 12:30 p.m. and it arrived at 1:00. P.m.. this was one of the worst subs I have ever receives from this place. This actually is the second time I’ve ordered using doordash. The quality of the sandwich was terrible. It’s as if they were rushing or they didn’t take the time to dress the sandwich like they would. If I was standing in front of their faces at the sandwich bar. They really need to take some pride in their work at all times and send out delivery food with the same type of care and attention and service that they provide customers when they’re picking up food at the restaurant. Delivery food shouldn’t look terrible when it’s delivered but look great when you’re actually in the restaurant. My sandwich looks nothing like the pictures posted online or at the shop.

So I’ve only gotten food here a couple times as but so far so good. First time having jersey mikes was here and I’m in love with big kahuna cheesesteak sub. My food is always quick but warm and they have my favorite chips. The staff is always nice which I love as well. I’ve definitely added this place into my lunch rotation.

Newly opened location. Friendly service and food was ready when ordered for pickup. Decent amount of parking and easy enter exit into the shopping mall. Glad to have this closer location!

Wanted a sub for lunch went to JM there was a sub i like it consist of turkey roast beef and bacon did not want bacon ask to substitute the bacon for ham was told no could not understand that i lived in edison nj for over a decade went to various JM they would accomondate thier customers bacon cost more than ham i did not get it walk out the little red girl taking orders rude and in my opinion not too bright i will not recommend this branch go to the owings mill mill center which i did and got my substitution
