This place was packed when I arrived. The employees were friendly, and fast. They all worked well together as a team making the sandwiches. They all kept their stations clean as well, even though they were busy. I was impressed.

I didn’t want to make a complaint because the young female working was new, however i had to ask her to cut my sandwiches all the way down. What i mean is she was trying to cut the sandwiches in half, she would only cut through the lunch meat and stop. In addition the sandwiches were sloppy and wrapped terribly. I was very disappointed, but this was the first time this has happened. I think i was more mad about it because that day i ordered 2 sandwiches that were poorly prepared.

I placed a pickup order , got home & couldn’t even eat my food due to long pieces of hair being in both of my sandwiches ! I’ve only been to this location twice so best believe my second visit was my last. I called the next day & spoke to an employee about a refund & told him what happened , he told me they wouldn’t be able to refund me my money if the sandwiches were eaten which surprised me because if I found hair in my sandwiches before taking a bite why do you think I’d eat them? & in my opinion regardless if I took a bite or not then I was expecting a refund because there shouldn’t be hair in my food at all but after that I did get refunded so thank you.

Wowzers, over this past Sunday and my first time ordering from this location (Timonium) left me quite satisfied. I ordered the regular size big kahuna cheese steak with chipotle mayo on my mobile app. Let me tell you, this sub was not lacking in taste, freshness of bread and the portion of meat to bread ratio was fully packed. Hopefully my next visit will have the same quality and consistency. Oh, and the store was clean too. Lol.

My husband & I walked into this location on 8/21 @ 4:30. There were 3 employees working. We were never acknowledged. They continued their conversation with not even a hello. We walked up to the counter when another couple walked in behind us. They immediately stopped what they were doing and greeted that couple. They asked them if they had a pick up order. The other couple stated no. The employees then went back to talking to each other and still didn’t acknowledge us. My husband and I stood there for 2-3 minutes and still no acknowledgment. We started to walk away and still no interaction from the employees. That is simply unacceptable.

Absolutely the worst experience tonight. The employees didn’t even acknowledge pickup customers until I had to shout that I could clearly see my order was ready. Just overall a terrible experience. Not going back to this location

I’ve come here twice. Both times the sandwiches have been packaged immediately after meats were added when we said we wanted additional toppings. Each time it has been a massive issue for the employees to unwrap the sub and put toppings on. This particular time, I said my toppings three times because the girl had headphones in and wasn’t listening. I got to the car and there was no bacon, so I went back in for what I paid for – I asked for bacon and they said “I thought you didn’t want bacon”. With bacon in the sub title I chose, I did want the bacon. They brought two pieces over with again, massive attitude and another employee immediately started saying “what’s with these customers coming in with these attitudes?” – this being the woman who complained about having to reopen the sub to add condiments. I told her it was them with the massive attitudes and left. My boyfriend has been here 4 times. Both times with friends, they were given attitude for coming in half an hour before close. With me each time, they have complained about him wanting toppings, though they skip through even when he said he wanted toppings. And this time they completely flattened the sub…. I work in retail & customer service and I can tell you with confidence that this is the worst Jersey Mike’s location to date and I will never come back. “Served with a smile”. There was not a single smile from the second we walked in the door and complaints from the employees were present from the start.
