I can not overstate how great my experience is with this location over and over.
The staff is so personable, taking time to interact with all customers. Inviting to everyone coming in, asking about customers days. Following up to make sure the food came out right and is tasting good.

I placed an online order and went in to pick it up, but there was no acknowledgment from any of the employees. The online orders were sitting on a tray with no clear indication that they were ready, and the order tickets were intentionally turned away from customers.
I ended up waiting an additional ten minutes for food that had already been prepared. When I finally asked about it, I was told they keep the tickets turned around because “DoorDash drivers steal food.” While I understand concerns about theft, this doesn’t seem like an effective or customer-friendly solution.
The food itself is good, but the lack of attentiveness and organization makes me hesitant to return to this location. Better communication and a clearer pickup process would make a big difference.

Manger was very rude to my wife. She has hearing ads and instead of being a little kind told her she didn’t know how to order. I really hurt for her and nicely explained to him my wife’s hearing issues but he still couldn’t say sorry. Saturday around 1:00 pm. Not busy…..

Great staff, excellent customer service and teamwork, and a delicious fresh sub! This location is definitely doing something right for sure. Thanks to the Baltimore Pike Jersey Mike’s for making a quick dinner option so, so super easy!
Forgot to ask for pickles and peppers for my order, when requested at the counter – No problem at all! We ordered a giant original Italian, Mike’s Way and it didn’t disappoint. Doesn’t get any fresher than this!
The only downfall is they were out of bread options other than white but it for sure won’t change my five star rating! It’s the fantastic and speedy customer service and excellent quality that will keep us coming back. High fives all around for this steller Jersey Mike’s team!!!!
Update 9/01/2024: This location is still knocking it out of the park with consistently quick service, friendly staff, and fresh ingredients. We love this JM location!!!

I love Jersey Mike’s in Georgia more so than MD. The bread is horrible. It does not matter which one. They all overbaked dry & rosemary does not even taste like rosemary. The cheese on the bread tastes like hard plastic. The only thing I can say is good is Meat and Cheese.
I also tried the big Kahana. I had to throw it in the trash. It was horrible. I am unsure what is going on, but it starting to be my least favorite sandwich shop. I am unsure if it’s management or employees making the bread and sandwiches. The pride and quality of jersey mikes reputation is gone. Sadly I really hope that get it together soon

I placed my order a giant and a reg #64 after 15 mins they gave me only the regular size and said we did not have enough ingredients for the giant one.
