Please consider improving overall standards. The language being used by staff was inappropriate, especially with young children in the store. It made the atmosphere uncomfortable.
The work areas also appeared very unclean, and the quality of the toppings seemed low. I was close to asking for a refund because of the experience. On top of that, the prices have increased significantly.
I hope these concerns are taken seriously and addressed.

Last few times I’ve ordered from this place my order has been wrong. Okay so, maybe they were busy. Decide to go in person today and give them another shot as we were out doing chores anyway. . . ordered two sandwiches on rosemary bread. The person who took our order repeated back “two giants turkey on white bread.” “Sorry no, we asked for rosemary”. She goes and gets white bread anyway. Says nothing about the substitution. We repeat again that we were asking for rosemary. She says “It’s gonna be 15 minutes for more white bread. . . ” who is asking for that? No one. I can see two loaves of rosemary sitting on the bread rack, so I go, “hey, what’s wrong with those?” she doesn’t answer just grabs another white bread off the rack and says “I guess you’re getting burned bread”. . . the what the hell? Needless to say I left in a huff and am unlikely to return.
Sad because there’s some employees here who are fantastic. Just one bad experience after another with a couple people.

Title: Disappointing Cheesesteak Experience
Review:
I’ve always enjoyed the cheesesteaks here (have prob ordered over 100), but tonight was a complete letdown. Had to wait 20 minutes past my pickup time before order was ready. The sandwich was noticeably skimpier on the meat than usual (half the portion on a giant sub). The bread was rock hard (over cooked?). Forgot the chipotle mayo as well. Usually, this place is a go-to for a good cheesesteak, but tonight’s visit was a complete miss. Hopefully, it’s just an off night because I do love this spot when it’s on its game. This is my first review ever so you can get idea of how bad it was. Expect better quality/effort for a $25 cheesesteak…

The Jersey Mike’s in Hunt Valley/Cockeysville really know what customer service is about. I had an issue with an order I placed through the app about 2 weeks ago. I reported it through the help email. The manager (I’m assuming) Ashley called me not once, but twice (the first call I missed). I called her back and she offered to redo our subs, free of charge. She was polite, pleasant and understood where I was coming from. The staff both times were very professional, polite and accommodating. I accepted the offer for them to redo our order, but thought to myself that they won’t be quality and this is just a way for them to save face. But, I was wrong. They corrected the mistake that was made, made the subs as I originally ordered them and they were great!! I will definitely reorder from them again. I understand that mistakes happen, but nice to see they stand behind their product and follow through on their word. Way to go Jersey Mike’s!!
