I had the pleasure of visiting the brand new Jersey Mikes in Bel Air North (Forest Hill) this morning for lunch around 11am. The restaurant was super clean. They were fully staffed and very pleasant. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch bowl and had some customization to it and the staff nailed it. This is now the closest store to my house and I will be visiting it often. Thanks everyone! You did a great job!

We were visiting my mother and we all decided to order sandwiches off the app, it was a 97 dollar order and we ordered 9 sandwiches. It was on July 13 on Sunday at around 430pm. There were 4 people working. When my bf walked in to pick up the food, the kid there gave attitude. He complained and said that if the order is over 5 sandwiches then we need to order an hour in advance. The app let us order and said the food would be ready in 15 minutes (we even came in 30 minutes later) but i saw nothing on the app about that rule about the hour in advance. i used to work at a sub shop between a college, a bar, and a gym and let me tell you that 9 sandwiches was us on a SLOW day, and i only worked with one other person not THREE other employees. your employee needs to put down the tik tok, stop the complaining, and just do his job. I will change my rating later because the food was fantastic, we had a good family meal despite the drama your employee created.

We always got great tasting subs from you until today, my husband was the only one in the place at the time he ordered our cheese steak and he was given a turkey sub with loads of hot peppers on it!! We did not realize this until after we got home, I could not even eat it!!!!!! Very disappointed and now no sub to eat!!!!
