Terrible experience. I gave my name, showed him my phone and dude did nothing but tell me I was at the wrong place. After serving two other people he finally woke up and asked someone about my sub after ten minutes. I wasted $23 dollars on a joke of a cold sub. Awful service and would never recommend this location.

I’m not sure how this place maintains a 4.1 rating because all of the negative reviews are very accurate. Every time you order, it’s something incorrect and they skimp on meat and cheese. I paid $60 on Uber eats for two giant subs and they were wrong, had no oil and vinegar when it was supposed to be mikes way, had one swipe of Mayo. Definitely the most incompetent pathetic jersey mikes I’ve ever been to in my life. I hate coming here, only ordered because the D.C. location didn’t pop up as an option today on Uber eats. Oh and paid for extra cheese and didn’t get it.

Other Jersey Mike’s you order first and when almost ready you tell the your toppings. Big thing is they ask you ” you want it Mike’s way?” Here they did not seem to care and were rushing. They ask if I want additions to my sub when I ordered but I thought that was for extra cost items like cheese. They never asked if I wanted Mike’s way and gave me the sub not knowing I did not even pay. I had to tell them that I need to pay. The sub was not even cut.

The service was great here and that was basically it. Ordered the Big Kahuna Cheese Steak and it was just okay. Though the amount of beef was decent, everything was a mess. The mushrooms and jalapenos were not fresh, it was the kind that comes in a jar/can. Also, I believe they gave me provolone instead of white american cheese.

Enjoy Jersey Mike’s as a chain. I have to give 3 stars because of the very mixed service I’ve had at this location. Order ahead for pickup seems to be the best option as they’re kind of slow, particularly for hot sandwiches and the lunch rush can make this a not quick stop. But the sandwiches themselves are good and while at times they have disappointed on the whole the location is clean and well kept.
