OK, so first off the customer service was amazing l!! Chris took my order and was patient, polite, and kind. Tamyia was on the grill and made my hot sub to perfectionnnnn, and then Melly Mel on the toppings , and My sandwich was made with so much love!!! Chris , Melly Mel and Tamiya (hope i spelled it right) were all superb, and were the epitome of great customer service!! I was also able to catch a photo of one of the superstars!! Keep up the good work

I had such a wonderful time at this location!! Everyone was so helpful & it was so clean!! I had three gentleman that helped me out at 2/27/2026 around 8pm that were amazing!! ALL OF THEM NEED A RAISE!! I’ll definitely come back ! They treated my mom & I with so much care!

I experienced very rude customer service. My order was supposed to be ready at 7:38 p.m., I got to the restaurant at 7:55 p.m. The young lady was making sandwiches near the pickup area, and my order was not there yet. I asked her if my order was ready, she said it wasn’t. I went back to my car to get my phone so I could show her the ready time, and I asked her when it would be ready and she rudely stated that she did not know. Then another young man who is her coworker asked for my name and my order was sitting there the whole time, ready to go. The young lady did not care to double check if my order was ready or its status. The young lady was very rude. And the whole time she was just yapping away to a customer who appeared to be a friend/acquaintance and their conversation had nothing to do with the customer’s order.

By far the worst location I’ve ever been to!!! Wayyyyy too many immature young adults working there! I ordered the tuna sub through the app for delivery (May 22, 2025 around 7:20pm) because I had a long day at work. When I received my sub there was barely any tuna on it, I mean it was spread thin like mayo. I had to drive there (around to get it remade just for the young lady claiming to be a manager to laugh, joke, and play with a staff member while remaking the sandwich the exact way the caused me to need it remade. I was going to say something but I knew based off the maturity level of the staff it wouldn’t go well!! Photos won’t lie!

I placed a large order for my daughter’s high school volleyball team and needed to make several last minute modifications on the day the order was to be picked up. I called in and spoke with Lucky and the manager Olman. They both were extremely professional, pleasant, and assured me that the order would be filled correctly. They walked me through the process of changing the order and went above and beyond to ensure every detail was correct and my questions were answered. From start to finish the experience was 10 out of 10 – from ordering online, to making order modifications, to picking up the order (shout out to Alec for helping take orders to the car) – I couldn’t believe how smoothly everything went. And best of all the girls were happy with their meals! I can’t say enough how fantastic this experience was and how grateful I am to Olman and team for coming through for us. We will certainly be back!

My son and I walked in at approx 8:45 pm. We stood and waited to be served for 10 min (no line) they asked what would we like to order. I ordered at got sub but was told the grill is closed. I am baffled seeing as though I had been inside, waited, and they were still open. About 3 people behind me walked out as well after being told this. The staff closes before they are closed. Very disappointed in them. Please have a manger correct this !!
