As someone who is celiac I was skeptical about eating at a sub shop but I am very impressed at the care and attention when making gluten free subs. Before making my sub they always clean the shared space, do glove changes, and use separate condiments to avoid any cross contamination. And the gluten free bread holds together well on their subs too!

The sandwiches are a little on the pricier end, given the pretty standard ingredients and quality. And even with the salt removed, it’s all extremely salty (a giant tuna is >2x your daily intake). Less salt, more seasoning!
