Firstly, the order taker was pushy and rushing us. He asked if I wanted a regular or large size. I know I didn’t want a ‘Giant’. So when I heard large I thought that would be the size in between. I ended up paying for a giant which I didn’t want. Employees should learn to use the terminology that the restaraunt uses as to not confuse patrons. I was then rushed down to the end and the cashier just stares at me. Usually I don’t have to tell Jersey Mikes employees what I ordered. I told her then she angrily gestures with her finger and points to the pin pad. Shes also wearing a mask thats below her nose and lips, like what’s the point, it just looks silly. I then had to cut back in front of other patrons to wait to have my sandwich dressed while some others that ordered after me were getting theirs first. The employees were just overall rude.
Then there’s the food. I love bread. I love sandwiches. But this bread was AWFUL. I know what JM bread is supposed to be like and it’s not this. The bread was flaky, hard and seemed like it was completely dried out. It was crumbling like a cracker. It was not fresh and it was not good. This JM is the worst location I’ve ever been to.
