I’d like to start off by saying I love this location. I come in to the store and it’s great atmosphere every week. The cleanliness lately has been impeccable and the staff is very friendly. This is my usual dinner spot after 6pm on weekends.
Unfortunately I had a terrible experience yesterday going to Jersey Mikes on January 19th around 3pm and will be going to a different location moving forward.
A very rude boy who was making my hot sub yelled at me and gave me attitude while I was standing in line. The type of disrespect that was shown to me was outright appalling. He started using vulgar language and giving attitude to everyone in the store, including the other staff. I couldn’t get his name but I ordered several steak and cheese sandwiches and was met with attitude and reluctancy to make them throughout the 25 minutes it took me to get my food. I was even more shocked when I got home and opened my sandwich to find it was missing half of the condiments I asked for and my steak was partially raw.
I will not be returning to this location, even more so if I’m being yelled at by a boy making my sandwich.

Terrible service. I ordered through the app. Completely ignored when I went to pick up the order after I asked them several times about my order. Meanwhile the order was just sitting behind the cashier. When I asked about the order the cashier rolled his eyes. So frustrating! They do not fulfill the app orders and provide to customers any service.

I visited Jersey Mike this morning upon opening. And i observed the knife after associated fix sandwich that the cashier cuts the sandwich, and put knife on bare counter, not on paper, or some type of cloth. No cleaning in between cutting sandwich. This is hazardous because you don’t know what the previous customer, is allergic to that another customer received on sandwich.

Jersey Mike’s has become one of our go to places. My wife enjoys deli sandwiches very much and the quality here is consistently high. This shop produces such great sandwiches compared to other places around town, that literally the day she gave birth to our child, and felt like she could have deli meat again, I was sent on a mission from the other side of the City to get her a sub and bring it back. We have had cold cuts, cheesesteaks, and chicken cheesesteaks–everything was excellent. The staff here is standout too. Everyone is friendly, welcoming, enthusiastic to be helpful, and seems happy to be there. They seem like they have fun working together and they do a good job. We have always been happy with our experience and will continue to frequent this Jersey Mike’s. The only negative things I could add about this location are that the chip selection isn’t very good and the music is almost always very loud.

You’ll go hungry after work and even though there’s only one person in front of you, they’ll mix up the sandwich bags. If you’re flexible with your sandwiches when you find out later when you get home, it’s fine and does the job.

The Mike’s Grilled Veggie Wrap was horrible. It consisted of lettuce, tomato, a few small green pepper slices, cheese and some runny ranch dressing. I thought there would be actually “GRILLED” veggies like zuchhini, yellow squash, green/red peppers, onion, maybe some mushrooms that were actually “Grilled”. This was just salad thrown on a hot surface and heated up to mush. Not only was it a sloppy mess, when I bit into it, It was nasty. After one bite, I was totally disgusted. Mike’s is OK for a simple sub, clean, the young staff are effective and serious about their work.

First time going to jersey mikes. Half of my sandwich was completely wet and soggy… the chicken was super dry and hard to eat, not impressed unfortunately.

As I ordered my sandwich I noticed the lettuce was very brown and wilted. I asked the staff did they have anymore lettuce in the back and she didn’t answer she looked at her coworker for an answer. The other staff responded by saying, “All the lettuce look like this”, I responded and said, “it needs to go in the trash”. They both got silent. Bottom line they knew that the lettuce should NEVER look old like this.

A pretty descent Jersey Mike’s. The crew is always pretty professional. Gimme a sec to catch up to the internet orders. The mini sandwiches are a pretty good calorie choice. Getting into this store is a bit of bear with the proximity to DC’s only Costco.
