Ordered on the app. Buffalo chicken cheesesteak.. took forever to be delivered which fine whatever but then when I unwrapped it the paper was folded into the sandwich so it completely fell apart. The paper and meat were all mixed together and inedible. Tried calling g and no one answered. Waste of money.

My sandwiches were good all the staff was pretty good also, except the heavy set African-American woman cutting the lunch meat and making the sandwiches. I don’t advocate for anyone losing their job but in this business a great attitude will go a long way. I was ordering five sandwiches and she made it seem like I was irritating her while ordering my sandwiches. I felt like walking out of that store but I wasn’t going to do that because I already start ordering but I definitely won’t be coming back to that one if she still there.

I was there tonight around 7:10 and the girl that was there had the worse attitude. We come there a lot and this is the first time we got a cheesesteak and the lady didn’t ask us did we want any toppings on it just wrap it up. So my other half he asked her can he get some toppings on that and she gonna say that he should of told him in the beginning when he started the order and grabbed the cheese steak with a attitude like we was bothering her. Opened the cheesesteak and said what do you want on it. I will never come there again if she is there cause everyone that is there when we do come is always nice and respectful. I don’t know if she was having a bad day or what but us as customers didn’t do it. I think that maybe I might want to take a break from coming there for a little bit or if we come there I will not be ordering if she is there with her bad ass attitude.I am very unhappy with my experience

My cheese steak was delicious, savory and cheesie with soft bread and my Italian was huge with plenty of extra meat which you must ask for and you definitely get, the special oil or vinaigrette sauce makes that sandwich pop.

Honestly, I was not a Jersey Mike’s fan. I went because my son chose that for lunch today. The Kirkwood Hwy store near Price’s Corner was the location. “Zay” made us feel welcomed and appreciated. He established a good report with my son right away (which is usually difficult as my son does not socialize or talk to strangers). He made my son’s sub exactly the way he asked for it and even made some suggestions to make the sub amazing!!! I had a “sub bowl” and it turned out to be more than I expected thanks to Zay’s suggestions. All in all, it was a great experience and I am definitely a fan now! Thank you Zay for being an amazing person and Thank you Jersey Mike’s for having a great employee like Zay!!! 10/10

I will try to keep this short. In today’s hustle bustle world often times people don’t take the time to offer a smile or a sincere hello. Well this isn’t true with this Jersey Mikes location. The two young ladies that waited on me, Liz and Leah, they were more than pleasant, talkative and went out of their way to try to put a smile on my face and they sure did. I can’t tell you how much that meant to me and once they read this review, they will know who wrote it for sure. The food is great, fresh and the service is and was outstanding. These two young ladies are the best representation that your company could ask for! I can’t say enough nice things about them. Thank you and Happy Thanksgiving!

Great tuna sub the Mike’s way, but the service was lacking. The two workers spoke more to themselves than to me. They both lost track of my order a few times. Eat in area was dark. Many customers did not understand the two separate doors, in and out.
