Well this review is long overdue,
my first time trying jersey mikes was at this location and it’s been a winner every single time I walked in or did door dash. The sandwich’s are amazing and the staff always makes sure to make sure your sandwich is to your exact liking, and the staff are amazing at customer service…
A special thanks to Cherri because she is always, always welcoming me and my family whenever we visit this Jersey Mikes. My only complaint is their sandwiches are so good, I’m subjected to gain weight if I frequent this place because I never want a mini or regular size sandwich, I always order a giant sandwich.
In closing, you can’t lose getting a sandwich from this place, coupled with the amazing staff, you are in for a real treat !

I’ve been eating here for lunch during my breaks for over 2 years and all I have to say is this place is amazing! Staff is always nice and professional. The inside is always clean and the food is spot on. The freshly made bread everyday really makes them. Has to be one of the best sub spots in MiddleTown! Definitely give this place a try!

Zack Pancake was absolutely fantastic! I was feeling indecisive about which sandwich to get, and he helped guide me to a great choice with patience and kindness. His positive attitude and caring personality really stood out.
My wife and I were actually on the way to the hospital and just needed a quick bite to hold us over — something Zack found surprising, but he remained completely focused on being warm, friendly, and helpful. He truly made a difference in our day.

The Black woman at the register did a nice job of relaying what I needed to the fillings topper. They weren’t perfect, but they were delish! I stressed them out, but they did a good job.

Place an order for one sandwich and one salad and was charged for one sandwich and two salads however the cashier did catch it and gave me the refund was good other than that she did catch it and I was grateful she caught it other than this Jersey Mike’s is more expensive than subways

Got the Big Kahuna Cheessteak, while the ingredients were good. It’s supposed to be “extra American cheese” , as it advertises in the description and it had barely any cheese on it. I love Jersey Mike’s tho.

Third time I’ve been to this location in the last few months first was very little cheese. Other time soggy, now this soggy disgusting, squished and somehow also burnt mess. Not coming back to this place. I don’t even have time to come back to get another one because I’m on my lunch break
