Stopped by Jersey Mike’s for lunch. We ordered two sandwiches and we were impressed with the amount of meat added. The quality of the food was fresh and made to order. We have since returned a second time and I am sure we will be back again.

This was my first time trying Jersey Mike’s. Placed an online order; our order was correct and on time. The sandwiches were very good, both taste and appearance. I didn’t interact with the staff much, but from what I did they were friendly and the establishment looked clean. I’ll absolutely be ordering again; definitely happy to have a new, fast sandwich shop around town.

This location is unfortunately struggling and needs extra support/training from corporate. Ordered twice and both were not great experiences. Placed a mobile order, waited 10 minutes before coming in (to give grace for Friday night busyness) and went to the counter to be ignored for another 10 minutes. When we did get it, the sandwiches were incorrect, the cashier tried to give us the wrong drink size, and they had no ice. That’s fine, I understand food service can get very busy and stressful and sometimes things get missed/go wrong. The second time, we placed another mobile order and it was on time, staff was friendlier and more attentive, but forgot our chips and their entire soda machine was down this time. They were generous enough to let us take a beverage from the fridge and our sandwiches were correct and tasted much better. No shame to the employees, it’s clear they’re trying their best, but after seeing a wet cleaning rag smacking against the sandwiches being made and Wawa next door with cheaper hoagies, it’s not really worth all the extra $$$.

Wildly overpriced for extremely underwhelming sandwiches… they only offer “Large” & “Giant” size options which is just a ploy to justify their ridiculous prices. Giant size is the same size as a large from elsewhere with a tiny fraction of the ingredients inside yet they’re charging $20
Order from anywhere else locally & sandwich rolls are laid open/difficult to even close cause there’s so much on them, meanwhile there’s so little on the sandwiches from Mike’s that you cant even tell there’s anything on the roll when you first unwrap it. It’s literally closed still cause theres barely anything on them to hold the roll open…
I honestly cannot fathom how this place is staying in business but judging by the rest of the reviews including all the sanitation issues I didnt see before ordering, hopefully they wont be for long.
Do yourself (& your wallet) a favor and order from Paganos, Pat’s, or anywhere else if you want sandwiches. If looking for a cheesesteak get a small from Leo’s & youll get 3x as much food for 60% of the price of Mike’s “giant” place is a joke & if it wasnt for the fact that we had a 50% off coupon, I’d have dropped the food back off at the store for a refund…

*They just opened 2 days ago* I’m giving them some grace for that first off.
We ordered 4 sandwiches from the app. I got home, opened the bag only to find 3 sandwiches. (I definitely could’ve have opened the bag before I left to prevent that.) I went back and told them there’s a missing sandwich. They said no problem, apologized and made the sandwich for me. It wasn’t a big deal. Having found out they just opened, sometimes mistakes happen. I get it!
However, they labeled the bags/sandwiches wrong and the sandwich I thought was left out was not the one they forgot. This was frustrating.
But, all sandwiches were still consumed and they were very good! I enjoyed the wrong sandwich despite it all
Staff was friendly and accommodating.
I will definitely go back and give them another shot to get my order right next time.

When I went to Jersey Mike’s recently, I noticed something very concerning about how my food was prepared. While the employee was making my sub, they reached under the counter and pulled out a wet rag to wipe down the surface—right in the middle of preparing my sandwich. Using the same rag that’s been stored under the counter, especially while handling food, is definitely not sanitary. It made me uncomfortable to see that kind of cross-contamination happening right where my meal was being made.

I will never come back. Who in their right mind wipes the cutting board with a dirty rag. Are they stupid. There is zero excuse. This is beyond disgusting. Why would you even use a reusable rag. So gross. I’m speechless.

Great staff! Greeted with smiles! Got the #43 which is the chipotle cheesesteak and it was phenomenal! Very fast and it was dinner time on the weekend! Highly recommend!
