Honestly their subs are delicious, and I’ve had 20+ pretty good ones before this, but the disrespect on this most recent sandwich baffled me. DO NOT MOBILE ORDER, if you aren’t watching them make it, it will get neglected. But then if you have to wait in line, expect to be in there 10-30 minutes during the lunch rush. Staff is nice, place is clean, everything tastes great, but for $18 for a giant size I feel like I got robbed blind and found about half the amount of meat and veggies that I’d received previously. Normally I believe in paying a premium for a better product, “you get what you pay for,” and had no problem splurging for a good sub. Like seriously the bread ratio to everything else was so off, there’s like one slice of each meat type in the cross-cut, and 3 and a half little pickle slices in this half of the sub. ONLY part I was satisfied with is the amount of banana peppers, lol. Normally I’m completely full after half the giant sub and save the other half for later but I found myself still hungry this time. I don’t know if it was just an off day, new management, new employees, or a new yearly corporate overlord initiative to cut costs by sanctioning portion sizes. Thinking I’ll stick to local joints from now on that don’t skimp out. Was not a sub above, our GOAT is washed.

What’s up food crew and welcome to another Google review. Now one of my YouTube channel followers told me about Jersey Mike’s, so I had to check it out. Walked in and first thing I noticed the restaurant very clean, the employees very polite and welcoming. I ordered their giant sub which is there 12 inch footlong. I got the original Italian, meat cheese lettuce tomato onion added sweet peppers mayo no dressing. Now I was impressed for this place being a chain, the sub was nice and packed to where they cut it for you in fours. The bread was soft and you can taste the freshness to where I was told they bake the bread in house. Definitely recommend, now the only thing I have to criticize and stopping me from giving a straight 5 out of 5 is the price, they charge around 16.00 bucks. That’s high, the locals give you the same for way less but other then that it was very filling. I had a great experience. I til next review be blessed and stay safe!

Cant really say much as I ended up leaving before they could complete my order. Bread was so overdone they had a hard time cutting into it. I asked for something less well done and they seemed surprised, but let me know they would have to get it from another store. If you cant provide any quality with your limitted offerings maybe just close early and try again the next day. I dont mind the exorbitant prices if it is for a quality product.

Gotta talk to employees about cleanliness! As we walked in, the young Latino woman was cleaning the counter with just her gloves, no wipe, cloth nothing but her gloves! Afterwards with same gloves just grabbed a pen and paper and took my friends order! Very disgusting and unsanitary! Gotta work on tht guys!!

Jersey Mike’s normally has fantastic food and service. Today September 6, their card reader was down which forced me to cut my order in half from $60 down to $30 because that’s all the money I had with me. There is no water in the bathroom sink And the disorganization behind the counter led to delays. We are up to 12 people. We’re waiting for their orders, we like Jersey Mike’s, but I don’t think we’ll be returning to this location.

Always liked this location…until today. Did a takeout order. Paid for extra cheese, BARELY got any meat, and one very thin slice of cheese. $60 for lunch and its not even worth half that price for what we got. As previous posters said, go in person and watch them make your food or you’ll be disappointed.

I have never been treated worse by a food service worker. I walked in and ordered a number 13 with American cheese. The woman told the girl making my sandwich not to make me a fresh one and to give me one that was in the cooler And swap the cheese. I said I would prefer if you made my sandwich fresh. She was mumbling under her breath annoyed at my request. When it came time for Her to put the toppings on my sub I ordered salt pepper and oregano on top of my tomatoes like I prefer Followed by oil and vinegar. She mumbled under her breath again about my sandwich choices. I said do you have a problem with How I’m ordering my sandwich? She picked up my sandwich and aggressively threw it into the trash. The rest of the staff was appalled. She was middle aged with long brown hair and a visor. I will not return to that location. I’m enjoying my sandwich over at Primo and they were more than happy to make my sandwich how I like it.

Scranton rocks!!! Never had a bad experience here. Workers are the best. Personable, friendly, always with a smile. They make you feel glad you stopped here for your hoagie. I seem to enjoy the #9 the most. But with provolone cheese instead of Swiss. They always say no problem. And they mean it. Love you Scranton, keep up the good work
