there’s nothing much to say but this was delicious food, great service, the portions of the sizes is good , the place is nice and sanitary, feel welcomed, while ordering the food ,workers will ask or tell you what certain toppings that you would be fine with and this is great bc it gives you idea of what toppings you like or dont like before proceeding to make your food. For me i would definitely continue to get a giant hot sub bc why not, and dont forget there some good snacks on the side and drinks. I never had a issues with the food or service, so therefore i will continue to eat at this place .

Waited 40 minutes for a hot sub. No one there works like they care. Food tastes great, but it’s not a restaurant. If I want to wait that long for food, I would’ve went to an actually restaurant. No one should have to wait over half an hour at a sandwich joint for a Philly cheesesteak.

Wish I would’ve read the reviews before going here. So nasty!! Do yourself a favor and go to the location on 611. They are super clean and I NEVER had an issue. Who ever runs this location needs to do better. I know it’s hard to find good employees nowadays but my goodness.

To whom it may concern,

I am writing to formally demand action regarding the ongoing and unacceptable issues at the Jersey Mike’s location in East Stroudsburg, PA. This is not a single mistake — multiple times I have received the wrong sandwich, including pork, even though I have made it clear that I cannot eat pork for religious reasons. This is not a casual preference. It is a serious matter, and the repeated disregard for this is deeply offensive and unacceptable.

I drive 40 minutes to this location and spend my money expecting a correctly prepared order. Instead, I repeatedly end up with food I cannot eat, wasting my time, gas, and money, and causing unnecessary stress.

To make the situation worse, when I attempted to resolve this issue, Assistant Manager Jazzy offered no assistance or solution at all. Her dismissive attitude and lack of concern only escalated the situation. This behavior is completely inappropriate for someone in a management position.

At this point, I expect the following without delay:
1. Immediate corrective action with staff to ensure orders are handled with care, especially when they involve religious dietary restrictions.
2. Compensation or a refund for the repeated incorrect orders.
3. Direct contact from Tiffany, the store manager, to address this matter personally and provide a proper resolution.

I expect this issue to be taken seriously and resolved promptly. If it is not, I will have no choice but to escalate this complaint further.
