I’m always pleased with both service and subs at Jersey Mike’s! The staff is always pleasant and the food is always fresh. I like to order the giant sub with ham and cheese with salt, pepper, oregano, lettuce and Mayo on a whole wheat bread. It is fantastic! I highly recommend visiting this location!

My girlfriend and I got our food to bring home. We sat down to eat and I took a couple bites only to find my cheesesteak smothered in this girls hair that made my sandwich. None of the employees were wearing hair nets. We Called and spoke to the manager he said we are frequent customers and will give us free subs next time we come in and that hair nets will be implemented. Never stepping foot in this place ever again. Pictures don’t do justice for the wad of hair I pulled out. Not to mention you ruined my whole appetite for the night. Probably not the only customer that night who got hair in their sandwich.

The sub was good but the price is crazy $16.95 for a regular size hoagie is insane. But I wanted to try it. Was it worth it nope. But a good hoagie. A least I can say I tried it. My husband love the hot pickle relish they put on his hoagie!

This was my 1st time ordering from Jersey Mike’s online at this restaurant. It was supposed to be ready in 20 minutes. We got there to pick it up and waited another 25 minutes and the restaurant wasn’t even packed. They were busy but nothing crazy. So we waited a total of 45 minutes for 2 normal size sandwiches. My sandwich was done sitting on the counter for God knows how long when we asked again about our order. I will NEVER be going back there again EVER!!!! They need to be trained again on how to handle in person and online orders at the same time.

The quality of the sandwiches went way down …the young men , not the ladies , but the young men , just make your sandwich , their , way , not your way !!! I be order thru the app , and it tells me my sandwich will be done at a certain time , I come to pick the sandwich up , and I’m still waiting another 30 minutes. It sucks!! I’m a black man , and this isn’t about race , but when I come in the evening , there’s a black manager , and a black crew of 18-23 year olds ,AND MY SANDWICHES SUCK !!!
