The subs are amazing! The meat is cut freshly in front of you as well as the cheese. I am fine with the toppings they offer but my daughter likes additional toppings that they do not offer. I think they could enhance the amount of toppings they offer like Subway does but Subway will never top Jersey Mike’s! The staff are very rude in my opinion.

Ordered a custom sandwich through door dash and the order came incorrect
I called this store to identify this and they, instead of taking accountability for their mistake, told me since I used DoorDash that I had to deal with them
They made the errors and can’t even correct them
Sad service poor structure to not take accountability
The whole sandwich was covered in oil and missed requested items

Just left the Lancaster location. Love the subs but I definitely felt the attitude when giving our order. WOW. I don’t require over the top customer service but throwing subs rolls is a little much. Perhaps she was having a bad day. How bad could it have been though at 11:00 on a Sunday morning.

Update:
Just went in again. We had a gift card so we figured we would try again. A sub for us to split was over $15. That is ridiculous. Sub was good but not worth the money. Also with only one slicer it takes FOREVER to get through the line not to mention cross contamination slicing cheese and meat on 1 slicer.
Also for anyone that wants to order online including 3rd party deliveries they just set your food on a table right inside the door for anyone to mess with. One couples food was even stolen.
Good sub, very expensive, and a lot of cross contamination. Make sure you go at their slow moments because it takes them forever to make a sub.

The first time I ever ordered Jersey Mike’s was in February the day after my baby was born and it was THE BEST thing ever!!! Today I ordered online and picked up in store, which I have not done before. The man behind the counter was so kind and helpful and showed me were my sub was ready for pickup at the front. I definitely recommend this store and their subs!
