The people were super nice, but the food was horrid. Why did I pay $30 for my wife and i’s sandwiches, just for them to be SOAKED in foreign liquids? Needless to say, didn’t even get to eat them, they just went to the trash. When we called to request a refund and let them know our sandwiches were awful, we didn’t get an answer. The chicken was also gritty and an awful texture, almost like it sat out.

Ordered at 4:45pm, asked how long of a wait for hot chicken #44, he asked and stated and I quote ” no more than 10 min”. Paid at 4:50pm waited till 5:12pm finally just asked for a refund when I asked for a refund they picked it up off the table laying there and said are you James #44. Manger said there is your sub we are backed up, no it was laying there for 10 mins so he gave me attitude never apologized so I just took my refund. The worker asked if I still wanted sub I said no, manager told her to just put it in the back with attitude….I will not return. Bonfatto’s is just as good I’m sure. My daughters got cold subs and went out sat in my truck and subs got warm.

Mobile ordering is really, really bad. I understand they get backed up but I had to ask 3 times in 30 minutes and on the 3rd time my food had been ready for who knows how long sitting on the shelf in the back. Either have a shelf for mobile orders or actually remember who had given you their name when they arrive.

Breads was not good. It was so hard I could barely chew it. I could have looked past that but order was to be ready by 5pm it was ready till 5:30. I don’t care how busy you are to make 4 subs should take an hour and 10 mins. Prices are way to high for what you get

CBR was good but took 45 minutes. Price was fair. Growing pains for a new eating establishment with young workers but they need to move with a sense of urgency during lunch hours. This ain’t the south.
