It’s a Jersey Mike’s. I would give it 5 stars but why is there no toaster?! I want my sandwiches toasted! I do also wish there was a little more customization and topping options, but overall they have good quality sandwiches, a clean facility, and good service.

Upon my arrival, I was immediately greeted with a friendly hello from an employee. I’ve had Jersey Mikes food in the past, but this was my first time for a dine in. To be honest, I was expecting a typical fast food experience. This was not the case. It was above and beyond. The staff were so friendly and so helpful in helping me to decide which menu item I’d enjoy.
The atmosphere was fun and joyful, even when the lunch rush arrived. The staff all just seemed to enjoy their work.
As far as cleanliness, A+.
Even the restroom was spotless. I will visit this location again and again without hesitation.

I stopped in for lunch today, I had a very enjoyable experience. The staff was on point, was very helpful with my questions, and was very courteous. I’m a door Dasher with decades of F&B experience. I’ve seen customer service vanish. It’s refreshing to see a business doing it right. From the moment I approached Jersey Mike’s, the staff was great. The place was exceptionally clean for the busy store . An employee said hello and held the door for me, communication by management and staff during the busy rush was impressive. The ordering process was easy and efficient. The cashier even explained to me what the Juice is and offered me a sample. While I enjoyed my tuna sandwich., the excellent service I experienced made my visit.

I got a number 9 Supreme. Only took about 5 minutes from door to table.
I’m a Philly guy we like our meat cut thin which they cut in front of you. The roast beef is the way to go here they make it in store.
College town so you’ll get a bunch of them and University staff grabbing and going.
Music could use some more bass haha sounds like the boardwalk. Good thing it doesn’t smell like it.
All in all 5 stars for a good sub.

Jersey Mike’s was absolutely packed (Penn State fall semester started this week so the town is crazy busy with 50,000 students moving back in), but they still had our order on-time and correct. Great subs, better than Subway.
