I’m a big fan of Jersey Mike’s and usually have a great experience here. The food is consistently solid, and I keep coming back for that reason. Unfortunately, my last visit was a letdown — my order was wrong. It’s not typical of this location, but when you’re paying premium prices, accuracy should be a given. Hoping it was just an off day. Hermitage PA.

The crew on the date of 10-1-25 at night were super duper friendly to me! I told them I never been here before and they offered to help me. They were very nice and helping me out form my sub. They gave me suggestion and all with smiles and they were acting like they were in no hurry. There was a line caused by me but they didn’t let it affect them. They asked me how my meal was and I told them it was the best sub I ever had! Excellent crew! This is my new favorite sub shop!

Placed an order through door dash yesterday. Got the wrong sandwich. Got refunded for it. Placed and online pick up order today. Said it would be ready by 7. Waited for 40 more minutes after the pick up time to get the food. Saw many people walking in ordering, waiting, and getting their food before me. Just to get home and there be a black hair on top of my sandwhich. Will not be wasting my time here ever again. Don’t waste your money. My sandwhich wasn’t even toasted so idk how it took so long. I know they forgot about it. Don’t know how cause I was literally standing in the restaurant!

I had a perfect sub from here. It was one of best subs ever had and the customer service was amazing. People say it’s high price but I don’t think an extra 2 bucks for high quality ingredients is a bad deal. However the second time I came in everything was good except the customer service was off. They had too many people working and it made it confusing to order. I had to put my order in 4 times before they got it rite and also seemed like they were acting like I was the one making it confusing. Also the lady who put the oil and vinegar on the sub put about a cup of each on the sandwich and now it’s all soaked on one side and sour. I’m not gonna judge totally on this trip because I did get an absolute fabulous sandwich here earlier in the week when there was only 3 men working. I will not go in if I see that girl working that ruined the sandwich. There’s 4 other places to eat in that plaza.

I don’t write many reviews but this one needs to be written, in the hopes that this location can match what Jersey Mike’s subs usually are like. This isn’t the first time we have had bad sandwiches from this location (the first time it was because there were strands of hair throughout the sandwich; management did give us a full refund and offered the next order completely free – so I ended up letting that one go so as to not cause the restaurant any issues, because everyone makes mistakes). But given this has now happened more than once, I’m just going to post it here.
I’m a huge sub sandwich fan. We usually order from a Jersey Mike’s regularly. This was the worst sub I have ever eaten – in fact, it was inedible. When I opened the sub pictured below, it was so wet that it felt like either the whole thing had been dipped in a bowl of water or they just took the top off of the bottles of oil and vinegar and dumped it straight onto the sandwich. I could barely even handle it to pull it apart at the quarter cuts. This was compounded by the fact that the bread barely seemed baked enough. You can see how pale it looks in the picture.
Then, the toppings were wrong. We ordered extra cheese on one of the subs and it was put on the wrong one. And no tomatoes on the other sub and it was on the wrong one. Almost amusingly, they included a side container of oil and vinegar – I guess in case we wanted extra to the wet mess lol. I almost felt like it was some sort of joke with that being included because I’ve never gotten that before lol.
Luckily we ordered from DoorDash and were able to get a full refund, but I felt this was important to write so they could use it to hopefully improve. I would just advise anyone ordering to maybe avoid ordering delivery so that you can inspect your food before you pay for it and leave.
(The photo below is one of the subs we received. I did not do anything to alter the sub aside from pulling the one top bread piece off slightly. This was how it looked wrapped up – before opening it I almost thought they gave us the wrong size because of how much they had smashed the sub now and compressed it.)

I like Jersey Mikes in general. I usually go to the New Castle location cause it’s close to my work. I decided to try this one because the distance is slightly less from home. Placed the order online. Went and picked it up. Should have checked. I was missing a whole sandwich. I called and they made me a new one but now another 20 minute drive and waste of gasoline. I opened my sandwich and the bread was completely soaked with oil. I couldn’t even pick it up. The wrapper was soaked through. I will never be ordering from this location ever again.

I ordered four subs to go. Didn’t get one at all, the ones that I did get were soggy, the fountain drinks we got weren’t much more than carbonated water. Pretty awful order all in all.

I have been enjoying the sandwiches here at Jersey Mike’s since they have opened in Hermitage Pennsylvania. The food is always fresh and the customer service is excellent. The staff is friendly and greets you upon entering the door. highly recommend Hermitage Jersey Mike’s!!!

Just purchased mushroom sub (hot) and it was soaked in oil of some kind making the bun very soggy. Asked for extra green peppers, did not get extra.
Too many mushrooms and onions—would be so much better to choose reg, light, extra for each topping rather than tossing out half a sandwich that cost nearly 10 bucks.
Will not order this “vegetarian” option again, since the fat content is out of hand.

Stopped at Jersey Mikes today for a sandwhich and I was pleasantly surprised. The young men working were incredibly friendly and professional. I was greeted upon entering the store and they quickly took my order. It is very obvious these young men (all 4 of them) take great pride in their work and strive for excellence. Amazing job, guys!
