This was our first time at Jersey Mikes and everything was not only absolutely DELICIOUS, but our service was outstanding. We took our 3 year old twins for lunch and AJ was so friendly with us and especially to our babies, and even gave them cookies. My daughter spilled some chips on the floor and I was picking them up and he told me not to worry about it and that he would get it which was such a nice thing to say because normally people get irritated by kids making messes. He was so warm and friendly and kind and just really made us want to go back there to eat. AJ-thank you for your kindness and making us have a great lunch!! Everything was so fresh and yummy & the restaurant was so clean! We’ll be back!

Would not recommend this place. Worst experience yet at a Jersey Mike. Philly steak was gross. Got a giant and didn’t even eat half. Ordered online, went in to get food wasn’t ready. Three other people came and went still waiting on 2 subs past time of pickup. Finally someone asked why my husband was still waiting when food was bagged, still past time of pickup but finally bagged and just sitting there. So 11 minutes after pickup time finally got food for it to only be gross. Two little peppers and barely enough meat I had to open sub and spread meat out only to eat and get an upset stomach.

Ordered through Uber eats. Was so excited to try it! Got my order and it was NOTHING like what it should have been. Got a sub in a tub with no tomatoes.. add jalapeños, relish, Mayo and pickles. Received my order WITH tomatoes and none of the other stuff. So disappointed.

Business hour need to update. Had the Philly stake Sub wasn’t even that good. 8:46pm and you locked the door when it’s say close at 9:00pm. If you can open the door & say you’re close isn’t that hard to make one sub. You’re just making bad image for the business.

I have been giving this establishment the benefit of the doubt, but this is the third time I have tried to place a order and they call or the website site denies my order because they have ran out of bread. I could see if it was close to them closing but they often have two or three hours of business left for the day. As a sandwich shop bread is your main ingredient. It would be nice if they can start making or ordering more bread. I have witnessed many people including my self that have been turned away. It’s a shame that so many people are being turned away from your business. I was even waiting for my order once when a couple came in to order and they said they had no more bread left. I heard two employees discussing that the bread they had left was reserved for possible online orders. So I guess the moral of my post is if you want a sandwich save your time, or if you want to take a chance I would recommend ordering online. Very disappointing.

Jersey Mike’s Buffalo chicken sub is my love language. Seriously the best Buffalo chicken around. Most places don’t even have one so it’s mere existence warrants at least 2 stars. But the flavor takes it all the way to a 5. Seriously so good!!
