Employee named Jason has an extreme attitude and unprofessional. He got my steak hoagie wrong (did not write the order down at all). And very unpleasant. When I took it back he was still very rude again. Had to tell him the correct toppings a second time wothout him writing anything down. Then he handed me the sandwhich and it was raw! I asked for a refund. He had to come do the refund and did not give me my money back again rushing too busy to pay attention to my receipt.

Jersey Mike’s is awesome. They got their amazing subs. Their food is awesome. I recommend people to go to them. They upbeat, subway the upbeat the Butler hoagie shop any day and the Apollo hoagie shop any day and all the other subs they beat. They are the best they rock.

By far the best Jersey Mike’s location I’ve EVER been to… and I’ve gone to my local one dozens of times. Walked in and instantly got greeted with smiles and welcomes from the workers and had great conversation while ordering. Felt really welcomed and on top of that, my sub was HUGE! And delicious. Would recommend driving out of the way to this Jersey Mike’s specifically if you want a 5 star experience.

Always gotta stop here (Harmar spot) if I’m coming through on my way home from work. May be right up the road, but MUCH better than the blawnox location.. whatever happened there.
Subs were great, service was great, store was clean. Yeah, New Jersey Michael Corleone’s is expensive but you get what you pay for. I usually get a #13 but asked for suggestions and the staff put me onto the #9, as well as the CPR. Never getting a cold sub without it from now on.

Great for gluten intolerant people!
Never had a Jersey Mikes growing up.
First time going, my girlfriend that is gluten intolerant talked me into it since this is the only place that offered gluten free bread. I was skeptical cuz of the high prices, however I got the Giant size Original Italian. Honestly One of the best hoagies I’ve ever had and for the price its worth it!! Ive been back numerous times since and the quality is always top notch! Workers actually care about what they do and have a nice attitude. Very clean when making my gfs gluten free sandwich as well so no cross contamination. Online orders have been made on time/ready to pick up everytime Ive done one. ( just to Skip the line during rush hour)
Highly recommend if you got a big belly and a desire for flavor!!

I hate to leave a negative review, especially because I used to work at Jersey Mike’s and understand how hectic things can get—especially during the holidays. That said, my experience today was pretty disappointing.
I placed a mobile order with about a 30-minute lead time, which is completely reasonable. I chose to wait inside rather than in my car. While waiting, I witnessed a very unprofessional interaction between a team member and a customer. Another customer was trying to help an elderly woman whose order had been messed up and seemingly forgotten. Instead of handling it calmly, the team member began loudly cussing while walking across the store, saying the woman “pissed him off” (with much stronger language), and then ran to the back in a rage. Hearing that kind of language about a customer in front of a full lobby was shocking.
I do want to recognize a kind team member with dark hair and glasses who noticed I had been waiting for a while and offered me a drink—that was genuinely appreciated and handled well.
I understand it was extremely busy and the holidays add extra stress, but openly cussing about customers and losing composure in front of other guests is not okay and reflects poorly on the store.

I bought two Giant 44. In my opinion Jersey Mikes has always had the best subs. These were still just as good and the order was taken correctly but when i got home i saw that both sandwiches had lettuce and tomato on them after it was written down not to have those on there. I paid 44 dollars for this. But I still will return in the future as mistakes do happen. Just wanted to apprise the store of the situation.

The food was solid and put together well and the service was prompt. We ordered six giant subs of various kinds to swap around the family and everyone enjoyed the subs.
The cheese steak was my personal favorite but honestly they were all good. There are lots of drinks to pick from and plenty of seating.
They also didn’t seem to care that we came in with Starbucks drinks which was nice.

I went to pick up dinner on our way home from work. I ordered the roast beef. Not only did I get deathly ill, so did my dog. I would never write a review, but the manager has done NOTHING to remedy this situation. I have called the health department, local media and corporate headquarters. I will NEVER go back!!

I love stopping in Jersey Mike’s because as a northeastern guy, it’s hard to find a decent sub as I go deeper into the country. Jersey Mike’s is like going home for a few minutes. Really appreciate Ernie and the crew for their hospitality. The restaurant was very Clean and my chicken bacon ranch bowl was delicious. All my friends were excited about their food too. Thank you!
