I went down and got two subs I sat at the table they brought one over the other one I’m waiting for over a half an hour I had to go up to the Conner and say Where’s my sub The associate Devon that was working there got a big attitude. He should not even be working there they should fire him he treats the customers like a pile of crap I would not recommend this place to anybody matter of fact I think they should close it it’s one of the worst I have seen The owner of this place should rethink his associates future there and they couldn’t even give me a discount for putting me way out of my way

I placed a order online and then called the store the guy answered saying jersey Mike’s blawnox I started talking and they hung up on me! When I get to the store I tried saying something about getting disconnected and with a rude attitude the employee said my phone never rang I tried to talk again and he just kept saying it never rang I will NOT be back here and my food was just messy! Get new employees ASAP or they will ruin this place!

This is the third time that they have messed up my sandwich I ask for no peppers and no onions and this is the third time there has been peppers and onions on my sandwich. I am allergic to onions. I will not be going back there again.

Honestly I expected better from Jersey Mike’s. The one I went to in Hamarville the first time I ever tried Jersey Mike’s was exceptional but this one not so much.
The employees mumbled. My sis is hard of hearing so we thought it was her but even I couldn’t him them. I talked to 3 out of 4 employees and they all mumbled. One of them didn’t even know the difference between Ital and White bread! Why work at a sandwich shop if you don’t know the difference?! My sis and I both ordered Italian bread and he said “White. It’s basically the same.” Uh.. No. It’s not.
Her sandwich was cooked so when she asked for tomatoes and lettuce they put it on AFTER it was already cooked and she got wilted lettuce and half raw tomatoes. I got a simple sandwich and it was okay. Not great. Not what I thought I would get from a Jersey Mike’s. I could have gotten that sandwich anywhere, like a Get-Go. My dad ordered and Italian sub and also got told “White. It’s the same thing.” I ordered bacon, there was no sign to tell me it was extra so I had to go ask my dad because he was paying then go back to get bacon. I also got my sis and myself a Gatorade but there was no sign for that either so we spent like an extra 8 bucks on Gatorade.
Our sandwiches weren’t ready “down the line”.. Instead we had to go sit down and come back up while other customers were trying to order their food. It was ridiculous.
I will never go to this Jersey Mike’s again. Only Hamarville. They had better employees who sliced the meat right in front of me and piled it on high.. as one would expect from Jersey Mike’s.

Ordered a giant Italian with pickles and banana peppers, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, seasonings, delivered. The sandwich was mostly bread, and terribly wrapped. Very light on the meat and cheese, barely any lettuce and onion, 6 banana peppers and about 5 pickles. I used to enjoy this place, but it seems to be going down hill. For a $20 sandwich, I expect more. I live locally, so it’s a shame, as I get take out delivery often . Think I will be looking elsewhere for a new sandwich shop to frequent.

Absolutely bullshit this is the 2nd time 1st time I come down on lunch time n took 45 mins I didn’t eat that day now I ordered online at 11a.m for pick up 25 asap I come at 12 they have 0 clue wear my order was and again I am going to loses my lunch n not eat bc they have 0 clue on wats going on.
