3 terrible employees
walked in and all of the 3 employees are on their cell phones and distracted. noone ever greeted me i had to ask someone to place in order while their on their phone
i then ordered a giant plain cheesesteak and they hand me my order which felt light so i took it out of the bag before getting to my car to find it was a regular size and not the giant size i ordered. the employee said they forgot and then made another regular size cheesesteak after me waiting another 10-15 minutes. no one apologized for making a mistake and having me wait another 10-15 minutes while my order that was already made was getting cold in the bag
i get home and the sub had mushrooms on it so i had to throw it away after waiting at this store while there were no other customers there
$19 sandwich for an absolutely awful experience. wont be back here and will tell everyone to go somewhere where their employees somewhat care

Did delivery for 3 subs. One had a lot of special request and everything was done correctly. One the gusset never had Jersey Mike’s before, and said that you could taste that the meat was freshly sliced. The product qualities is always top-notch.

The staff here are so friendly and hold a conversation with you while they efficiently make the sandwiches. We like the cold and hot sandwiches. The quality and taste is great. Clean restaurant and quick in and out. My wife has a gluten allergy and likes the Gluten free sub option. You can get it as a 6 or 12 inch.

This place rocks, by far the best sub sandwich in town, or anywhere else. The staff is super friendly and everything is fresh. The toppings actually have flavor unlike the other places where the toppings are just flavorless filler. My only criticism would be the price, if it were slightly lower, I may be able to eat there more often, but at the current prices, I will use this as an every now and then reward for myself. Great job.

Really friendly workers and a pretty good protocol for gluten free sandwiches. The gluten free bread was worth the extra $1.50. The sandwiches aren’t super long unless you get a giant but the thickness is decent. The meat and cheese is sliced fresh when you order your sandwich and you can tell the difference from the pre-packaged version. I would recommend this spot over the usual chain sub shops.

I gave this location so many chances. When I go into the store, I get looks like the staff wishes I were dead. There is often just one or two employees and I personally have seen them go straight from cleaning with chemicals to making sandwiches. When I pick up an online order, it is at best just not well made and at worst not the correct sandwich at all. I am (or was) a huge Jersey Mikes fan. I would frequent the Cranberry location for years and they always knocked it out of the park. These sandwiches are quite simply too expensive for the quality coming out of this location. It is all the same ingredients so it has to come down to staff. I do not think these workers care at all and I can taste the difference. I am sitting on a ton of Shore Points and don’t even want JM anymore specifically because this location ruined it for me.

My 2 children and I just bought 3 giant subs on 4/21 for lunch. The entire staff was absolutely incredible! We were greeted with friendly smiles and kind words. It was so refreshing! All the food was fresh, delicious and worth every penny. Give these guys a raise!! We will be back and soon.
