I love jersey mikes but this location is horrible. It took over an hour for a wrap and a sandwich. They also never listen or follow the order. I always get extra meat and they never do it. Last time I had. Problem we called and they acted like I was lying and saying that he’ll be the judge of that and then had me send him a picture to his personal phone number which is highly unprofessional. I hope someone higher up sees this because this location obviously needs help and needs a better attitude.

I ordered a regular buffalo chicken. It took over half an hour for them to make a regular buffalo chicken. Meanwhile the other sandwich got soggy waiting. Not so much as a “sorry for the wait” or a have a complimentary chips or anything. Pretty displeased with the experience

Wow! They were rocking it. Jersey Mike’s was busy and everyone working was busting butt. They just opened and looked like they were ready to serve some good fresh subs. Everyone should check it out. You can just go for yourself!

So FRESH! Sliced meats the super sun is plenty filling extra toppings no extra charges! $12-13 for a meal deal. Avoid Wendy’s mcD’s and other fried and greasy foods. Eat smart.

stopped by this Jersey Mike’s to grab an online order and was met with the most unprofessional behavior I’ve ever experienced at a sandwich shop. I calmly asked the staff—two employees behind the counter—if my order was ready. Instead of a simple answer, one of them aggressively told me to be quiet and started yelling.
When I tried to explain I just needed to know if my pickup was ready, the situation escalated. The employee started swearing and told me to get out of the store. I left completely shocked and disappointed.
There is absolutely no justification for that level of hostility toward a paying customer. Whether it’s poor training, lack of supervision, or something more concerning like racial bias, it needs to be addressed. I won’t be returning.

All Jersey Mike’s makes really good subs. The service is hit or miss here, but it is mostly hit for me.

I visited this Jersey Mike’s on Today afternoon to pick up an online order. When I politely asked two employees if my order was ready, one of them shouted, “Be quiet, we’re working,” then proceeded to curse at me and demand that I leave the store. I was stunned—especially because I believe my treatment was influenced by my being white. Disrespecting a customer, let alone ejecting them for simply asking about their order, is unacceptable.
Until management addresses this behavior and trains staff on basic courtesy and anti-discrimination standards, I won’t be back—and I’ll steer friends and family elsewhere. I hope corporate takes this seriously, because no one should have to experience hostility just for picking up lunch.

I ordered a sandwich on UberEats and it took an hour and 20 minutes for the driver to get it. I called the restaurant and talked to CJ who just mumbled that they were “making it” and then hung up on me. I did not order during rush hour but still had to wait egregiously long for my order and the service was poor and rude. Sandwhich was fine but the wait was so bad I will not be returning to this location. The food was fine but below average for Jersey Mikes, and they forgot my relish.
