Strong with the Force, this Chipotle Chicken Cheese Steak is. Delicious, it was—fresh, hot, and crafted with great skill. The balance of flavors, masterful indeed. The chipotle sauce, bold yet harmonious, enhanced the tender chicken and melted cheese, never overpowering, only guiding the taste to greatness.
The staff—kind and swift they were. With speed and precision, my order they prepared, yet rushed it did not feel. A most satisfying meal, worthy of a Jedi’s recommendation. To Jersey Mike’s, go you must.

Yesterday was my second time going to Jersey Mike’s. The staff was very friendly and the food was great both times. We ordered a large Philly Chicken sub with lettuce and tomato added. My only concern and reason for 4 stars was due to a fly situation. As I was filling my drink I noticed at least 5 large flies flying around, and it was February 22nd in the dead of winter, they did not fly in from outside.

The staff couldn’t be friendlier! Great conversation every time I come in, but for some reason the subs are hit or miss at this location every time, never really know what to expect. Not sure if that’s a leadership issue, but it’s a shame because I love a jersey mikes sub

My sandwich was supposed to only have mayo but when we got home and I opened the wrap the bread was soaked in oil. I could barely eat it. We’ve been to 3 different Jersey Mike’s and the only time I enjoyed it was when they first opened locally, (most likely to impress.) We probably won’t be back.

I had the club supreme with hot peppers and mayo, topped off, Mike’s way with oil, vinegar and special spices. The oil/vinegar addition is heavy and can be a little messy but it’s very tasty. You should ask for less of it if you don’t like your subs that way. The bread was very fresh and the deli meats were sliced to order. This location had only been in operation for a couple of weeks when I visited, so they were still working out the kinks but everyone was in good spirits.
This is my new, go-to sub shop and I’m looking forward to my next visit. The portion size in my picture is 1/2 of the regular size or 1/4 of a giant.

Absolutely wonderful… we had the best experience at Mike’s this evening… the food is always good and I just can’t believe how awesome the staff is… I can’t recommend them or the red wine vinegar enough!!

The new Jersey Mike’s, Ride Road location met all my expectations. The service was great, the food was better. It’s no surprise that the line was out the door during the lunch hour. The line moved quickly, and the crowd was pleased.

We ordered a giant club sub and regular tuna sub and the staff made an error while making the subs fresh, it was delivered by DoorDash. As soon as we saw that Jersey Mikes made the wrong order, we call this store and informed them of this mistake.
After speaking to two different employees, the corrective action was for us to drive to their store for a new sub. We asked for a store credit and then they told us to call DoorDash. DoorDash didn’t make our food, Jersey Mikes employees makes each sub fresh to order as that is the Jersey Mikes way. Maybe the store leadership should take responsibility for their mistake and offer to make things right. We the consumer paid for the order, all we want and should be able to expect is the correct items. You have a chance to make it right and you blew it, therefore you have earned the negative post about how you treat your customers. We have ordered Jersey Mikes in Florida and in Buffalo and we were treated with respect and fairly. It is my hope that someone in management please contact me to make this situation right. Trust me, I don’t need to order from Jersey Mike’s ever again. The store in Greece, NY refused to do the right thing.
Listening to the customer takes little to no effort and passing the buck is more of the same poor customer service. Without us customers, Jersey Mikes would not be in business. Congratulations you ruined of 4th of July pool party.
