Counter top where they make the sandwiches is dirty. Customer service is poor. The tables are dirty. The price doesn’t match the food quality. The Arabs corner store can make better Philly Cheese stake than this location. Never again will come to this location.

Anissa is a phenomenal general manager here at Jersey Mike’s!! She works very hard & make sure that myself & other customers are happy with ordering the cold or hot subs we ordered. The store is clean & the atmosphere is very good. Kenny is also a hard worker & always greets customers with a smile . Anissa has a great group of employees who work hard to make sure online orders are ready, customers that come in the store to dine in or out are happy, & they keep the bathrooms clean!! My favorite is the salad bowls.

What’s the point of placing an online order if the people working are just gonna make and give you whatever they feel like . Our whole order was wrong . Ordered a 2 subs without lettuce tomatoes and onions and they just load it all up on both . Not to mention you order extra meat and they just ignore it .

This was my first ever visit to Jersey Mike’s. The restaurant was extremely clean. The choices of subs were impressive ….many hot and cold varieties of subs. I got the turkey club with a rosemary parmesan roll ..mmmmm. The sandwich tech sliced all meat and cheese fresh for each sub (you can’t get any fresher than that!) He was extremely upbeat, kind, efficient, and entertaining…very into his job. The “gigantic sub” was about 15-16 inches long!! Holy cow! However, the price was that of a large anywhere else. My sub was brimming full of deliciousness and fresh ingredients. They even have chopped cherry peppers ( which I tried for the 1st time and also loved) One of my favorite subs and sub restaurants ever now. You need to go to Ridge Road Jersey Mike’s (just off St. Paul) in Rochester. Absolutely thee best!

Jersey Mike’s is amazing food but this location cannot get your order right to save anyone’s lives. So if you want a mystery sub, order from here because it DEFINITELY will not be what YOU ordered. Then they will try to argue with you on the phone saying that they watched the person make your sub “correctly” when you are literally staring at an incorrect sub. My sub was supposed to have turkey, lettuce, provolone and mayonnaise with added bacon…. If you look closely, you will clearly see a lot of stuff, I did not order on it. They were quick to refund my card, but this is not ok to happen MORE than once. Also i was sold a gift card they didn’t load the money onto. The excuse of being a “new location” is a weak one.

Made my first and last visit to Jersey Mike’s subs. Ordered a buffalo chicken sub. It was supposed to be a hot sub. Even though I arrived at scheduled pickup time, the sub was already cold. Bad start. Lettuce was wilted and gross from being placed directly on what I assume was once hot chicken. Should have layered the tomatoes first as a heat barrier. Lettuce was so soggy, it all had to be picked off so i wouldn’t gag. Bread was not good at all. Like Subway, it just had a mass produced feel and texture (and corn meal…why?) only it was worse than subway bread. To the owner, I suggest you walk down the street to Rubinos and see what a sub roll should taste like, because your subs aren’t fit for consumption. One of the least memorable sandwiches I’ve had in years. Rubino’s is the standard, a superior sub on a fresh wonderful roll. Shoulda known better.

Today was different day at Jersey Mike’s. Walked in today the young lady making the cold subs glanced at me and continued to make the subs. Stood in the order line for 8 mins before the cook felt compelled to take my order after the young lady answered the phone and took their right in front me blantly ignoring me RIGHT IN FRINT OF HIM. The young man took my order and me to cash out. The young lady proceeding to cash out another customer and as soonas i was approaching she walked away then took over the cook station. The cook ask her why did she do that she shrugs her shoulders and says I dont know. .This lady clearly decided to wasn’t going assist me and im thankful she didn’t prepare my sub. Good luck with her.

First time ordering from this location and best believe it will be our last. We placed our order online for delivery and once it came we realized that one sub was missing. So we call the restaurant to inform them of the issue. When we told the young lady that the sub was missing she went started hollering telling us that the sub was in the bag and she did the order her self. She then handed the phone to another who was also nasty person who claimed that they put the sub in the bag. This person told us that he would speak to his general manager for regarding a refund. We asked for the general managers phone number and was given a wrong number. We have been to many Jersey Mike’s and I must say this is the worst location that I have ever ordered from. To be honest our reasoning for not ordering from this location has nothing to do with the missing food. It has to do with how we were handled as customers by the staff of this location.
