WHAT A DELICIOUS SUB! I will always recommend “Mike’s Way”. You can never go wrong with the added goodness. I had the Italian sub, just a mini and it was still huge! So many options, hot & cold subs, it’s hard to choose! They slice your deli meat right in-front of you. I highly recommend Jersey Mike’s Subs to anyone who wants a high quality, great tasting sub!

First of all, the place was nice and clean. The staff was super friendly, efficient and just great.
And then the food. It was quickly made, warm and delicious and NOT a rip off.

New policy probably that you must leave a tip. I’m in and out. No tip should be required. I’m a business owner, we have bonuses and decent wages for employees. Employees do a great job. Reward them with pay, don’t ask me to supplement their wages. Owner needs to pay them accordingly, not the customer. It is ok to have lower profits. There are no wait staff here, I should not need to tip at all.

The sub was tender and delicious. The staff did a wonderful job making up the two half subs but neglected to charge me for the whole sub but the costlier two halves.
The whole sub is a third larger than the competition but so is the price.

Guy working the counter was super impatient, very behind with orders and not training the new worker, just very snappy with her and us as the customers. Felt like we were a burden. Foods always good but service is inconsistent. Do better!

I walked in at 850 pm to get a sub..i knew it was late and i immediately said i’ll get something easy for them since they were about to close.. They looked at me with disgust.. The sub maker rips the sub paper like some mad child and stares me down like I took his bottle away. I immediate left.. love williamsville

I must say the crew you had working on Wednesday night at closing time was absolutely amazing. We walked in at 8:45. It was busy and people just kept walking in. They ran out of bacon and offered to make more of people would wait. Some customers were cracking jokes that most employees would not handle well at closing time and past closing time. The workers were gracious and when I apologized for us being there after close the said not to worry about it at all. They smiled and laughed….. A true rare experience in today’s world of employees with one ear bud in and an attitude like I am bothering them by making them work.
On top of all of that great subs with lots of product. Totally worth the price and the customer experience is like a flashback to 1981.
