Nice clean shop with lots of room. Plenty of staff and everyone was very friendly. Four stars instead of five because of the rusty lettuce. A shame to slice the meat fresh and then top it with rusty lettuce. Loved the sandwiches otherwise and definitely plan to go back again soon.

The service was really slow. Evidently the grill was backed up. Of course, I wasn’t told that until after I had ordered and paid. Most people were doing takeout.
There were a number of employees just standing around not doing anything while we waited. Very unorganized.
I thought the steak sub was good but the club sub was not. My wife liked both.

Crap service there. I was with 3 other people that got there food I was never able to get mine. I had a simple cold sandwich. There where alot of people behind me that order an got there’s an left. Or even got there’s sait eat an left. Had to just get my money back. Will not got back

First time trying, Jersey Mikes, I’m in love! The best sub I’ve ever had. I had ordered the Italian and my grandson ordered a cheesesteak. All I can say is wow wow they were awesome! Very friendly staff unlike other sub shops in Watertown when you walk in, they act like you’re an inconvenience to them and then when you do get a sub, it’s just a little tiny bit of meat on a huge bun. Look out JR*** and Sub*** you’ve just got blown out of the water! Thanks for coming to Watertown Jersey Mikes!

Not only was my sub made incorrectly, it was way too expensive for the size of the sub you get. for the same amount of money or less i could get a sub from just about anywhere else, with all the stuff i wanted on it to boot. would not recommend getting food from here at all.
