Do you want a big meat layered sub? Jersey Mikes. They are a near-regular stop for me. Delicious cold Italian or hot Philly cheese steak. Can’t go wrong.

First bite of my sub and I almost broke my tooth on a very hard jagged piece of white plastic. Contacted corporate and the store and was told someone would reach out within 48 hours. A week later and nobody has responded or reached out. Can’t in good conscience recommend this location to anyone especially given how seriously they appear to take something like this.

Ordered an Italian sub, was very happy with how it turned out. Staff was patient with me as it was my first time visiting. Would have preferred an option for fries with my sub instead of a bag of chips but that’s just personal preference not worth a ding in ratings! The vanilla cream soda was delicious from the fountain. Clean place, plenty of seating available and easy location to get to as an out of town visitor. Overall a great meal, would return!

I have given this location so many opportunities to get online orders right and the track record is not good. The latest, I placed an order online and the next day when I arrived, the order wasn’t there. At first, the person behind the register stated “maybe it’s being worked on” and walked away. I had to ask again….”could someone help me?” nobody had a clue. I was upset, with good reason. This was not the first time. What really got me upset was the comments from the other workers like, “are you sure you submitted it?” Or “maybe it was a sent to a different location”

I brought up the confirmation and showed the person who was helping me… right location, right date, and right time. For some odd reason, the order never printed off.

The order was made but no apology was given. I had to ask if I had to call ahead of time to make sure the order was recieved and will be made on time.

Very disappointed

I wish I took a picture of the sub but it did not last. We split a giant sub between 2 people and it was just the right amount for lunch. The original Italian is absolutely mouthwatering delicious. Good lord the flavor is immense. All the fixings added on with the shakers and some pepper relish. WOW. Left me speechless over half a sub.

This is a joke. Cost all this money and they don’t even get my order even close to being right. How hard is it to follow a list of things on your screen. When I walked in thier all they were doing was playing on thier phones. I love jersey mikes subs. They need new team in this one tho.

Update…..my wife took the subs back. I have to give a big shoot out to the sweet older ladies that remade the subs for her. They should get more employees like her.they should give her a rasie as well.

Ordered a sub through the app with no tomato. When I got home I was surprised to see 4 slimy tomatoes and their guts all over my soggy sandwich. The bread was so wet from…idk what. Didn’t taste like vinegar or oil. Maybe water? I put in a customer service ticket through the app, no one replied so here we are. $15 sandwich. Get it right.

Definitely disappointed with this location. The one in Oneida is way better and super clean work area and meat cutting station. We spent $41 to get home and have our sandwich meat still in plastic while on our sub. I don’t know how they did not know the meat was being sliced with the plastic still on it. Thank God I didn’t give the to our nephew because he might’ve not noticed and could’ve choked. Absolutely not acceptable at all and for that kind of money we could have went to a restaurant and had a hot meal. We will not be returning to the Cicero store. We will continue to go the extra 20 min drive to Oneida location. Do better
