Reviews
5 stars!!!
If I knew this ahead of time and wasn’t so hungry, I would have taken my money back and gone elsewhere. It saddens me to leave a bad review for Jersey Mike’s as I’ve had great experiences in the past at other locations, but this time, it was awful, so this is 100% necessary. and the other customers in line that were in front of me and behind me will agree wholeheartedly with how disappointing this location is.
From the get-go, I had a bad feeling about this place as the customers in front of me had issues and ended up leaving. When it came time for me to place my order, the staff scurried to the back without acknowledging me first and left my spouse, and I waiting after seeing us standing patiently in line for the others to finish up and end up leaving.
Finally, when the employee came back to serve us, he said that they were out of all breads except for the whole wheat. And told us the reason was because his boss was having supply/order issues. Well okay fine so we dealt with that, but then he was also out of American cheese as well. One of the main staples they use on the subs here. If the management is having issues keeping ingredients in the store inventory, perhaps you shouldn’t be open or giving customers discounts if you’re expecting people to make concessions to eat here with limited options. We asked if they had wifi, and the employee didn’t know as he said he “doesn’t really use his phone at work” why wouldn’t your boss give you the password for customers to use. You either have it or you don’t, but the fella serving us didn’t seem to have a clue. He didn’t even ask us if we wanted to scan our QR code towards earning the jersey points as a part of their points program. Any other location I’ve ever eaten at has always mentioned it upon check out. We were starting to wonder if the staff here had any formal training and who was running this operation. While we were seated eating our sub, another customer came in angry as he ordered curbside pickup since he was walking with a cane and explained that was the reason he needed this service. Meanwhile, his order was ready on the counter, but the employee said he didn’t get any notifications about curbside service. After all of these issues, I can not help but wonder if the staff here had any formal training and who is running this dysfunctional operation.
