2nd time going and I will never return again. The 1st time my boyfriend and I ordered from Jersey Mike’s was during the summer of 2025. The price was acceptable and the sandwiches were made very well that they were delicious. Tonight my family went back and we will never return. I feel I was over charged. Worker refused to give me a receipt. I couldn’t argue anymore and walked out with my sandwiches. The sandwiches were made poorly. After eating the sandwiches my family and I became very, very sick. Throwing up and diarrhea. The workers were very nasty the moment I smiled and said hi. The attitudes that we were given. One worker in particular was more nasty then the other 2 workers. She made us feel very unwelcome that I was bothering her from ordering, from walking through the door. I felt very rushed out while we were the only customers there. I said to my daughter as we were standing there, we didnt do anything wrong to get this type of attitude. My daughter said I know. They are just very nasty. As though they hate their jobs and it showed. I will never return here from not giving a receipt, to the very unwelcome and nasty attitudes to becoming so very sick after eating the sabdwhich. I would think maybe I was getting sick, but it was my whole family that became very sick after eating the sandwiches. I guess the owner is not realizing that a successful business is customer based. Once the customer experienced what we experienced they lost a customer. In today’s time a business remains open from word of mouth and I will never recommend this place. Jersey Mike make better sandwiches and hire better workers if you dont want to close down. Worse experience.

Pros: Kept it classic and I’m glad I did. Got a regular turkey, mike’s way with pickles, mayo and jalapeños. The freshness of this sandwich blew me away (esp the shredded lettuce). I can taste that they use good quality ingredients like their meats, olive oil and vinegar. My sister had visited their Manhattan location before but I’ve never tried it. So glad I did. The smell inside when you walk in is heavenly. There were lots of staff working behind the counter and everyone is super friendly and helpful. Great experience and wonderful addition to the Shirley/mastic area. Will be back.
Cons but not really: 1. Since there are so many of people working behind the counter, it could move a bit quicker. 2. There is no point in having a “mini” sandwich because since the regular is a couple cents more and quiet a difference in size.

The people working at this place do not follow the order of the orders and delay all the orders. I waited for 1 hour and still have not received my order. Definitely do not come here again.

Horrible service. Employees were rude and ignored me. I was the only one in there and it somehow took 25 mins to make my sub. They kept making door dash orders after I ordered and then the sandwich wasn’t what I ordered.

The employees at the Shirley Jersey Mike’s were all very nice and helpful. I had never been to one before so I didn’t know what to expect. Wow! Fresh cut cold cuts like at a deli. They literally cut them in front of you on a slicer. Fresh lettuce and tomatoes and a huge roll. This is a really happy surprise and I will absolutely be going back! Highly recommended!!
