Food is perfect everytime I order but almost anytime I order for a PICK UP i end up waiting 30 minutes longer than the designated pick up time. Due to either improper order management or food being stolen and having to wait even longer for it to be ready as it now has to be made again.

I was so excited when Jerseys came to Hicksville, when I heard it was open I went right away. It was clean and the staff was doing a great job coordinating together so the line went smoothly. I went back recently after not having Jerseys for a couple months, I was so excited for my sub, I even had to get special clearance from my Dr to say yes to the cold cuts lol when I got there, there was one girl on the line and she looked so stressed. I let her take her time cleaning up as the line died down… when I got to eat my sub, first thing I see is a long blonde hair in my sub that matched the girls hair whom helped me. I was so upset, unfortunately I won’t be returning but I will miss Jerseys! The food is overall good that’s why I gave the stars I did.

Jersey Mike Good Sandwich great product top A+ . But horrible oblivious staff at this location . Customers walked in to the store no acknowledgement, no greeting by staff . You wait standing there 15 minutes until they ask you what you want to order . One or two people were busy preparing sandwiches the rest of the staff especially the two heavy set girls in the back were doing absolutely nothing just chatting while the customers were waiting to place an order .Are they there for show or to work ? This place needs a manager. We called ahead and still had to wait 30 minutes for our food. The restaurant was dirty. Debris left on the tables and floor, definitely would not want to sit and eat our food. We ordered two sandwiches which was > $38. Honestly it was just ok, and for that price.. I wouldn’t go back
