I cannot get enough of Jersey Mike’s subs. First, the breads and meats are always so fresh. Second, the staff, especially at this location are super nice. I have a bit OCD and my bread was sliced with one end really thin. I asked the employee to swap the bread for a new one and explained my OCD, no problem at all! Last, the location is so convenient. Hop right in off this major road and there is light where you don’t have to risk your safety getting in or out of the parking lot.

I have never had Jersey Mike’s and wanted to stop and try it. The experience my family and I had at its location in Port Jefferson Station was phenomenal. The young girl who took our order was so pleasant and the gentleman assembling the onions, lettuce, tomatoes, oil, vinegar and oregano was so pleasant. The girl who rang us up did with a smile and all of them asked how are day has been going. We stayed and ate our food in Jersey Mike’s. The manager greeted and asked how the service and the food was. Our response was a big smile and thank you for the great service and great food. Everyone here treated us like we were part of their family. I wish I could give it 10 stars. We will be visiting Port Jefferson Station from now on for Jersey Mike’s. What a wonderful experience.

I have been to this place a few times and the women with the glasses, blondish hair (turns out to be the manager) is NOT friendly at all. I never ever write reviews so for me to take the time and write one it must be bad. Needless to say, I will be driving to the Jersey Mike’s in Rocky Point. Even though I will have to go out of my way a little it will be worth it. I don’t need to be greeted with attitude. If the owner is reading this for someone higher than this person, and you would like to contact me, I would love a phone number where I can explain further what happened

Took a trip to Jersey Mike’s thinking we would have a normal experience, and Laura went above and beyond our expectations. She made this particular experience excellent with her incredibly nice personality and service. Finally tried jersey mikes!! I was greeted with a smile and an eagerness to help me make my decision. When trying a new spot I always ask the first person what to get. They recommended the Italian hero mikes way. The guy who made the sub was super helpful in making my decision and I thoroughly enjoyed it! Since you can’t find a good Philly Cheesesteak in the area this is a fantastic alternative. I was pleasantly surprised how good the Sub was. Don’t get me wrong, it’s not a true Philly Cheesesteak but for the price and taste you can’t go wrong. You gotta try it.

I personally just didn’t like the customer services I went to ask the girl what was on the sandwich completely ignore what I said and then she looked at the other co-workers and they all just started dying laughing I was so confused didn’t feel welcoming here at all and felt completely off after they just started dying laughing. My husband was like next time just walk out of there.
