This is a solid sandwhich place. The bread is fresh and quite tasty and the cold cuts are all cut on the spot as you order your sandwiches.
The service here is great. The workers are pleasant and the food comes out correct.

As a loyal Jersey Mike’s fan, I’ve dined at enough locations to know the magic of a properly made #7. Unfortunately, the Commack location seems to be running its own comedy show every time I order.
I go once a week (because I work nearby and apparently enjoy disappointment on my lunch break), and somehow my same exact order is always a surprise. Each and every time, the bread is so stale it could double as a doorstop. Sometimes I get one lonely slice of turkey in what should be a hearty sandwich. Sometimes the mayo goes missing entirely, as if it was never part of the recipe. And let’s not forget the chip roulette — will I get the ones I ordered, or will I be gifted with a bag I didn’t know I never wanted?
At this point, I’ve accepted it’s less of a sub shop and more of a mystery box experience. Each time I unwrap my sandwich, I giggle a little at what they’ll have messed up this time, while my heart simultaneously breaks just a little more.
That being said, it’s still Jersey Mike’s, and even when they botch the order, it’s edible. So, three stars: points for keeping me fed and entertained, but please, Commack team, let’s tighten it up. I’d love to laugh because your sandwich is delicious, not because it’s tragic.

They ran out of bread 22 minutes before they close so try managing this store better is our suggestion. The kids in there were cleaning up the store for the night. I guess the bread is not cooked on sight of ran out of ingredients? Poorly run store.

Jersey Mike’s is hands-down my brother’s and my favorite place to eat. The manager Kenny, and the rest of the staff are super friendly and welcoming. They make every sandwich just right – fresh, fast, and full of flavor. You can tell they care about what they do. The place is always clean and has a great vibe, whether we’re grabbing a quick bite or just hanging out.
Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a great sub and even better service!!!

Always get a good Sub from Jersey Mike’s. Getting the mini and meal is definitely priced right, under 12 bucks. I think they keep their cold cuts colder than most places and their veggies always taste fresh. I usually go Mike’s way with pickles and peppers on the side. They go perfect with the chips.

So I work down the road literally down the road. They take too long making sandwiches for me to go there so I order thru there app. One my food said to be delivered 3:01pm I kept tracking them. Past my job and headed north to other stops. My food got delevired 3:15 pm
Second I did not ask for lettuce tomato onion. I wrote Mayo and pepper on special instructions whic I did not get on it The workers there really don’t care about there customers. Shame the quality is really going down hill of customer service with them.
12/2/21 ordered again this time i ordered Mayo on my sandwich and which there is none. Again these guys need to be retrained . I thought this place was a good place. So disappointed.
12/14/21 Jersey sloppy Mikes again aims to disappoint. Always forgetting something and when you remind them they slop it on. Dont you guys have a quality to maintain?

I went to Jersey Mike’s for the first time in months on Tuesday. I got the number 8 & 9 for my husband and I. The sandwiches were delicious! We had a coupon so we got a third sandwich free! It was an excellent deal! Ken & Layla were lovely. So efficient and worked very well together. They were always moving, weather it was making a sandwich, ringing up an order, or giving out a pick up. Thank you both! Can’t wait to go back!
