FRANSISCO THE MGR Does not care about anything. I will be contacting his regional manager and the DOH. I only ordered from this location as the Lindenhurst app ordering was temporarily down. This is the 3rd time I have ordered here with big problems. No bacon on a BLT? Good thing I paid for extra bacon. This place has issues with black ants too.

Pretty consistently good with their hot and cold subs. Tried that new grilled portobello mushroom and Swiss sandwich the other day and it was good. Usually get a Philly or a Club Supreme.

Horrible customer service.
I placed an order through the app for delivery, which they fulfill using DoorDash. My order was delivered to the wrong address, and no one can tell me where it is or call me back with an update. I called twice and was only told they are “waiting to hear back from DoorDash.”
I placed my order at 1:15 PM, and it’s now almost 5:00 PM—still no food, no resolution, and no accountability. I paid $40 for two regular sandwiches, which is already overpriced, and on top of that received nothing but poor service and poor management.
Lesson learned: overpriced food, unreliable delivery, and unhelpful staff. I will not be ordering from here again. Not that management or ownership seems to care—they already have my money.

I dont know how this location is in business. Avoid like the plague.
Go to the Hicksville location on old country road and newbridge.
