Every negative review of this place is spot on. The employees have absolutely no sense of urgency whatsoever and are only interested in chatting with each other. As I was standing there waiting on a mobile order that was SUPPOSED to be ready a while ago, the employees were all chatting about the topic of unprofessionalism, ironically enough. Imagine how tone-deaf and out of touch you have to be as an employee to have a conversation about unprofessionalism while simultaneously being unprofessional and awful at your job.
The manager of this location should be replaced immediately. It’s clear that they’re in over their head and incapable of managing a restaurant. There’s also no way that all of the high ratings of this location are legitimate. That’s what really compelled me to leave this review. Balance out all of the fake 5 star ratings.

I ordered 6 sandwiches today, & the staff were extremely professional & helpful. They got the sandwiches correct, put names on the bags for my family to know which sandwiches belonged to whom, & asked if I had rewards for my purchase today. The employees helped each other since there were other customers with multiple requests. They worked as a team, & I would definitely visit this Jersey Mike’s location on Sunrise Hwy on Lynbrook again. Great job & good energy with the staff that was there today, 10/3/25.

The people who “work” in this Jersey Mikes can not even be considered to be employees because they are just having a good time doing whatever they want when they’re are 8+ people waiting for food. Its mind boggling to see how this place operates and it Isn’t just a one off occurrence. Avoid this place at all costs.

$11 with tax for a “regular” sub which is essentially half a foot long. I remember back in the day when you could get an entire foot long for $5 like subway… prices are crazy now. Sandwich was ok, nothing special. They slice it on demand now instead of precut meats and cheeses like they use to. They don’t have many topping options only about 5, and olives is not included in those. Subway has more options, including many different breads.

We order from this place on uber eats pretty frequently and they almost always mess up the order. We pay $3 for extra cheese and don’t get extra. We order our sandwiches with no mayo and 4/5 times it comes with mayo still. And today my sandwich showed up like this??? A disgusting mess with the paper ripping because it’s literally sopping wet. I don’t even know how I am supposed to eat it. It’s annoying because when we go in person they seem to be really nice and the sandwiches are always great, but whenever we order online it’s sloppy and not very well to put together. I’ve complained to Uber Eats about it a couple of times, but now it looks like I just complain about every order so they’ve stopped giving me refunds. Please take your online orders more seriously!!!!

This evening was my first time there. I placed an order online for a Club Sub Bowl. When I arrived, I was greeted right away by a friendly young man who was behind the counter and I received my order. My food was delicious! I’ll definitely be back.

When u walk in no one acknowledge ur presence.You have to ask for assistance which is quite nerve recking.I been a fan of the sandwich for along time and started playing the NFL game and I live in albany and im a city employee nycdoc to be exact i say that to say your staff needs to be reinstructected on whats customer service. My food was fine, but the customer service I received when picking up my order was not so good, the girl, whom I never seen before was a bit rude, I showed her my order number which matched the order number on the receipt from my email and she still insisted on seeing my name and was holding on to my bag as if it was hers and I was stealing it from her, she was rude about it and I never had that problem before, especially if I’m showing you my email which did have my name and order number but because she didn’t see it, wld not give me my food, she finally handed it over and said to me …I don’t see your name but whatever and then shoved it to me, I hope to never have to deal with her again, she’s rude and needs to have better customer service especially when she was wrong!

People here seriously lack basic customer service. Even when you place an order ahead through the app, they still manage to delay it 30+ minutes past the pickup time – while the store is completely empty. There’s no urgency, no communication, and no effort to fix the issue. Employees clearly need retraining.

Online orders for sandwiches are never ready on time. I usually order and arrive 15 minutes after the due time to lessen the wait. This time I came 30 min late and it took me 30 minutes to get home to eat it. The sandwich bread was mushy like a wet sponge. I contacted the Mgr who politely said it was my fault and there was nothing they could do. Now they have 4 less customers.
