I’ll never go back to subway after trying jersey mikes. The service was great-everyone was kind, helpful, and quick. I tried the #9 club supreme with a side of chipotle mayo & hot sauce which was recommended by how kev eats on tiktok- such a good combo!!! The sandwiches are packed with flavor, mikes way is the best! Looking forward to trying more.

This Jersey Mikes is usually the one we go to and it’s usually good. Sadly the last few times it wasn’t that great. I understand we’re human and we make mistakes but this is too much. Today we bought 2 #42 giant and found three strands of hair in one of the ‘giant’ sandwiches. We have yet to see if there will be any hair in the next ‘giant’ sandwich.

ordered a giant sub on Uber eats and told them to add pickles !!! now if I’m asking you to add pickles to a sandwich that doesn’t usually have them… obviously I want a decent amount of pickles, ….literally 4 pickles on a giant sub… Screw you! you guys need to learn how to make a sandwich. Terrible management. I used to work here and on my first shift ever my dog died and they wouldn’t let me leave. Then after that, they did not listen to any requests for scheduling since I was in school then and they got mad at me and just put me on for one shift after I kept telling them I had school. I quit not long after… Food alright though.

I hate to do this because I really did enjoy Jesersy Mike’s but this particular establishment needs better training possibly. My wife, children and I all ended up with some type of food “contamination”. Don’t what to use poison because we’re all still here. One day we decided to order everyone a sandwiche and we say “oh there’s a new Jesersy mike next to us” So we took a 10 min drive. Purchased the sandwiches went home, sat down to eat them they weren’t to our Jesersy mike expectation visually possible because we’re in newyork but we eat them in spite of, we believe the taste was going to compensate it didn’t but it seems to be edible that evening. The next morning is the reason for this long winded text we all had run with belly pain to match. Please whom ever own this establishment please get the proper training for all your employees. I can’t look at a Jesersy mike with think about this experience

No veggie sandwich should cost $17 dollars for lettuce, tomato and Mayo. Giant is 3 inches bigger then foot long and charging few bucks extra for it.
