I’m normally not a Jersey Mike’s fan because it failed me plenty of times in the past, but this one was delicious! The bread was soft, and the sandwich was fresh. It didn’t have mayo and all the condiments on it, but the sandwich managed to still be good. Normally, a sandwich is dry without them. Maybe I’ll give the other Jersey Mike’s another chance, but preferably this location.

First time here and my mom comes here quite often. We were being helped by the most RUDE and impatient manager who I posted here. He snapped at us and said “Now I asked you ladies if you wanted anything else before you said NO”. Meanwhile when he asked us before when we wanted anything else we did tell him what we wanted he was too busy speaking to another worker and snapping at said worker as well and embarrassed him in front of all of us. And after he snapped at us he completely walked away from us after telling us”well you have to wait now”. And after this, the customer behind us told us that he too heard us order our second item. This manager is completely UNPROFESSIONAL and down right NASTY to the public and even to the poor young kid working there who had questions who I’m sure may have still been new or just genuinely had questions. Whoever this manager is, should NOT be a manager here or anywhere for that matter. As someone who was a manager at two different stores, I would NEVER speak to my workers or customers the way this person did. How he got this position I have no idea, because he needs a lesson in management and a big self reflection on how to treat people in general. Do better. You suck.

Got a Mike’s Famous Philly and it’s so delicious! Friendly and quick service! The beef is very tender and cheesy. The store here is very clean and spacious for inside seatings. Love it! Definitely gonna come back for more 🙂

Prices are a little on the high side, but the quality of the meats and ingredients are there (which I’ll pay for any day of the week)

We’ve come to this Jersey Mike’s before and never had an issue in the past, but the bread on both sandwiches were hard and falling off in pieces! Not sure if something changed, but I would not recommend this place if old bread is given for freshly made sandwiches. Very disappointed.

2 days new in town ..big difference but I get it new employees and training..but little smaller then normal subs..but worth it..only thing I didn’t like asked for raw condiments looks like some come from cans …we’ll see in a few weeks and the meats were a different in cuts..but we’ll see..

Online orders for convenient take out service is always wrong (missing requested side toppings & oil / vinegar). Love the sandwiches & the service, however, online ordering service leaves a lot to be desired. Best to wait in person / on line & ensure your order is correct.

Worst sandwich I ever received from here, and I come here a lot. Gave us stale bread, ran out of rosemary parm bread at 5:00pm. Every time I go there they run out. Ham was cut so thick it was disgusting. Also added bacon to my sandwich which was extra and when they cut the sandwich in 4 all of the 2 small slices of bacon were on one half. Very disappointed for an $18 sandwich. There was also a birthday party going on there? Couldn’t even hear myself talk over screaming teens.

Came in the morning for a sub and the worker that greeted me and made my sandwich was friendly and professional. I regret not getting his name. We need more people like him. It was a nice way to start my afternoon. Sandwich was delicious.

The staff was friendly and cheerful, the sub was fresh and delicious. A older gentleman came in a little loud and talking politics and they asked not to discuss politics here and very professionally serviced his order and handled the situation amenable.
