First time we ordered Jersey mikes and we were excited. After spending over 100 on 5 sandwiches we were not impressed. The amount of cold cuts did not meet expectations and definitely not for the price. The ends of the hoagies were empty which is a shame when they are cut in four and trying to feed multiple people with only the tow middle portions having most of the product which wasn’t much at all. There was hardly any lettuce or onions on the sammich and the tomatoes were not the bright color red as seen on TV. This is quite a shame again for the money spent we could have easily went to another place and had a huger catering order. I was embarrassed to feed this at our party.

Very, very disappointed! 1st time at this location, (we usually go to the Rt 38 location which is great) ordered a cheesesteak, extra cheese. It was awful. Very little burned/dry meat & barely any cheese. Shameful.

Of the many Jersey Mike’s location that I have frequented, this one stands above in customer service. The food offerings are consistent but service might differ. This location makes that difference. Friendly and helpful staff. Offering veggies and condiments that you did not know they would carry. Kudos to the staff.

I really wanted to like this place, and I gave it more than one chance. A couple of months ago, I ordered three subs and all three were made incorrectly. I was especially upset because I asked for no cheese due to dietary needs, and it was still added.
To their credit, the owners were very kind and made things right. I know how tough the food service industry is, so I tried to be understanding and decided to give it another shot.
Unfortunately, my most recent order was also incorrect. I sympathize with the staff as mistakes happen, especially when places are short-staffed or overwhelmed but at this point, it’s become a pattern. It might be time to consider more training or additional help to keep up with orders. Sadly, I don’t see this location lasting long if things don’t improve. I really hope they can turn things around.
