Love Jersey Mike’s, good food, nice staff. My only complaint is that when you ask for things to not be put on the sandwich but on the side for later adding ~ it doesn’t make it in the bag. Other than that ~ nice, clean quality location for the best sandwiches anywhere.

Jersey Mike’s food is consistently good, but the customer service today was unacceptable. We weren’t greeted at all just stared at. When we tried to be polite and make small talk, we were met with blank stares and rude attitudes. The staff made it clear they didn’t want to interact with customers, which ruined the experience.

Shoutout to employees Miranda and Olivia! They took my order and they were so kind and knowledgeable about their products. 10/10 on customer service. I asked if they could toast the gluten free bun, but they informed me that there was a risk of cross contamination which I thought was great that they knew that and told me. The food was so good too! They recommended the Gluten free snickerdoodle cookie for my friend and they loved it! I will definitely be back!

Service was good but the cheesesteak was one of the worst I have ever tried in my 48 years of living. The meat looked burnt and the onions were so thin and dry I had a hard time chewing them. Never again.

I had to give this place one more shot before I left my reveiw, I really feel this place is just an overpriced subway, I’m sorry but these are just super sloppy sub/hoagie I’ve ever had I’ve even had better from subway, I’m really disappointed they have Jersey in the name.. the service and staff are the only thing keeping the place open, I definitely will be grabbing elsewhere from now on but had to give it a few shots before I gave my opinion..

What could be better than the freshly sliced thin deli meats, and having a sub Mike’s way! Great selection of subs and deli meats. Number nine Mike’s Way is the best I feel. Great friendly helpful staff. Collect those sure points and get free stuff on the app.
