I love Jersey Mike’s! I’ve always thought it was a Sub Above the rest however my latest experience has been less gratifying. My order was completely wrong. I ordered a number 5 and I got a Ham and Cheese sub. I was on my lunch break and drove 20 minutes to pick up my order which I ordered online. When I got there they were working on another order which is fine but when I got back to work another 20 minute drive I noticed my sandwich was wrong. To far to go back and I already went over my lunch time. Not happy Jersey Mike’s I speak so highly of you guys…….Ughhhh

Ordered online for delivery. Door Dash messed up and delivered to wrong house who refused to give it back. I called the store and the manager made good on it. He personally delivered my sandwiches and gave me a coupon for future order. He also threw in dessert! Great customer Service and management!

Good fresh cut deli meats and cheese that makes a very good, tasty sandwich. As the commrcial says – you should get it “Mike’s way”. I don’t do Mickey D’s or Wendy’s or other fast food places. Mike’s is just the beter option with better choices.

I had enough points for a free sub and decided to use it. Sadly when I got home there was a brownish/blondeish hair on my sandwich, the bread was super flaky and hard, and my sandwich was smushed. I hope this bad experience wasn’t due to me getting my sandwich for free. I attached a photo where the piece of my sandwich had the hair. Just terrible experience and I love Jersey Mike’s.

It’s Jersey Mike’s in Jersey! The last time I was in Delaware, I got a free sub just for what I believe talking about NJ and being from NJ. Anyways I got the turkey one and it was everything I wanted it to be with the cherry pepper relish and rosemary parm bread, FANTASTIC!! I only go to a few shops for subs/hoagies and Jersey mikes is one! Thank you!

I walked in wanting to have a warm sandwich and didn’t feel like cooking ( lol) and was greeted by the owner I believe immediately ! That’s important to me. I asked if I could check my points value to see if I could get a sub.
I had 210 points and was excited . I ordered the #16 and my mouth was watering as they made it !
I decided to follow my heart and order it with almost everything except onions ! I added Chipotle mayo,lettuce,tomatoes,oil, and vinegar + organic and requested that baby to be placed on the parmesean bread!
It was grrat chatting with him and I met his brother too .
I got a regular and it was so worth it!

Ooohh boy that 1st bite was heaven when i got home,I let him know i would do a review.
This is by far the #1 best in my book .

They have good flavor and ok but very expensive. Probably like $15 for a sub. Its hard to get a good sub down south , so I can see why people go there. But in New Jersey we have so many good sub shops, I just dont really go here.

Other than the price being a little outrageous, (18 bucks for a full size hoagie) it’s pretty good. Quality meats and cheeses. Nice soft rolls. Taste is great.
