Today again NEEDED MY “JM Fix”…..Immaculate presentation, gracious welcoming…..ALL fixins in full view……fresh and shining …….WE ALL LOVE THIS JERSEY MIKES….THEY GET BEACHIE CREW AND HANDLE EACH AND EVERY CLIENT WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERTISE!!! PLEASE REWARD!!!!

Today I made a quick visit to store#1156 with my friend. As Administrators you have made a magnificent choice in Making “Matt” Sattelite Location Manager. Again, his successful skill-set as a Team Manager was so visible as he was guiding his 4-team staff to excellence. Focused Kind, and Genuine as his delivery of queries from his team during a VERY BUSY SPURT of clientele as I was dining was noted by this diner. What a friendly, welcoming and GLORIOUSLY happy DEMEANOR he encompasses. We ordered subs and were totally satisfied by both the service received and quality of products dispersed. Thank you so so much. I will be telling ALL about this journey and #1156’s attention to perfection/detail

I ran in tonight after not eating all day. It was busy being an hour before closing but the guys behind the counter were all doing an amazing job. My sandwich was delicious and I really appreciate their great customer service and patience despite being so busy!!! Quick, professional, and delicious. Thanks guys!!!

This place is filthy. Theres always lettuce on the floor, sloppy preparation of food. Not one hair net in sight. No separate knives for different meat products Don’t eat here unless you want get sick. The staff are nice but dirty

Not all jersey Mike’s are the same. This one is a good one! The subs were made perfect! The staff is super friendly, you can tell they love their jobs and like working with each other. The teamwork and energy was great!! The store, spotless! It’s the type of shop you just want to hang out and talk with the employees! So glad they opened up here keep it up guys!!

Worst experience ever Henry and manager Trent was very rude and bias. All because I don’t eat pork Nobody acts like they want to do their job. Worst jersey mikes in Monmouth county every other location especially the oakhurst one rocks. When contacted the regional manager he never got back to me so unprofessional.

Shoutout to Jersey Mike’s in Ocean for an amazing late-night experience! Alfonzo and Khy went above and beyond, letting me use the grill at 8:45 even though they close at 9. Their dedication and friendly attitude made all the difference, and the subs were perfect as always. Great food, great staff – highly recommend this location!

No matter what they always get my order wrong if I order on my phone. I love Jersey Mikes but every time I order from this store I remember why I don’t like ordering from that store. They’re on top of it in person which is nice tho.

Second time chipotle chicken cheese steak was made wrong… like I don’t comprehend in 2024 we can’t read simple instructions. I’m pretty sure we all can read text messages correctly: pretty sure when it’s empty ya employees check there phone : I can care less but can we get the same respect when I order. And no I don’t want an expired free sandwich card.

Not so great service. All the workers except the really tall one actually acted like they wanted to work there. Came on a Friday at 2pm and the staff was inattentive and I had to repeat my order several times. I am 100% not coming back here. The Shrewsbury location is way better.
