As I was getting my sandwich with the appropriate condiments “Michael” The work just seemed very snippy and sparky just making really seem like I was a problem, But I know some people have off days but that doesn’t no one the right to take it out on them , But hopefully the next experience will me a little more better. Sub had a lot to be desired (very dry even with mayo added, roast beef was tough/brown, thinnest 1 slice of cheese ever, bread was like a Subway roll). $20 for a giant, eh kinda pricey for what you get.

This is by far the worst Jersey Mikes in the state of New Jersey. They make your sandwich as if you just stole something from them.

Just ordered take out for my lunch break. It was ready on time, the staff was so polite and friendly regardless of the long line and busy store, and it was easily the best jersey mikes sub I have ever tasted. Perfectly made, fresh cuts, and packaged so neatly.

Pre-ordered a special party box for a birthday party. Half of the subs were not marked so guests did not know what each sub was. Then I discovered there was no “Club Sub” in the box that was supposed to be in there, so I called the restaurant to let the manager know. He told me he “made the order himself” and he “knew it was made correctly” — I was staring at the sub that was unmarked and without ham and bacon so hearing the “manager” tell me that I was wrong and he was correct was a tad infuriating. I asked to contact the store manager or regional manager and he told me he would pass along my info. I also submitted feedback on the app and have yet to hear from management. This location has lost my business because of a young, condescending and arrogant manager.

Very good and fresh sandwiches. They also serve the “sub in a tub” which I didn’t see on the menu. It is the contents of a sub minus the bread in a container. Great for those who don’t want carbs /on a diet. There is the most delicious bacon aroma in the morning …very good subs.
