I purchased 3subs with extra meat. I did take out and ordered on the phone.when I got home it was pathetic. On the half of roast beef there was 2pieces on one side and 1 piece on the other. I check the rest of the subs and they were just as bad. I paid for extra meat and there was none. I called and the person who answered the phone was polite and apologized. He said he would replace the subs at no cost, I replied I will be there I’m 10mins. When I walked in and told the young man who I was, he grab the bag on the counter and threw it at me. I took a picture of the sub, I told him would u like to see the pictures. He rudely said no I don’t need to see them and walked away. He was very disrespectful and had a bad attitude. I’m now going to go to a different Jersey Mike’s in my area. Moral of the story , if you don’t like your job QUIT.

9/10 times Jersey Mike’s subs is awesome. However, when ordering from the Holmdel Jersey Mike’s subs I don’t recommend ordering online because twice now they have given us what is basically bread with almost nothing in it. If we go in and order the experience is great but if we want the subs ready to go they short us every time. These subs are way too expensive to get a sandwich that looks like this. I really hope Jersey Mike’s takes this review into consideration and makes their online orders equal to what they give when you order in store.

This used to be my absolute favorite Jersey Mikes to order from. However, the past 2 times recently it was not good. They started really getting cheap with the meat on the sandwiches and the roast beef was dry and almost crunchy. Not worth the price anymore.

Oh I like Jersey Mike’s and understandably they are busy but give people a chance to order the sandwich and stop rushing through everything that kills the whole experience. Fast tasty and friendly and they bake their own bread. But delivery is an issue. Ordered extra sauce on wings that didnt happen and full side of sauce I know they charge and neither happened waiting now for extra sauce to come which they were great about but the wings are cold. I’m still a fan they just need to fix.

I will have to say very disappointed with this particular location…I told the young kid light on the vinegar and oil and he’s soaked it. And he was trying to train me on the difference in how you shake the bottles of the vinegar and oil on the sub.. My sub had hardly any meat on it. And I think it was the manager who put the meat on the subs. Horrible. Wawa is way better. Skimpy! Will not return to this location! So gross I threw it in the garbage a waste of money.
