Wow! What a disappointment. Jersey Mike’s corporate need to do a random order from here to see how skimpy they are. No way are they using the amount of meat they are supposed to. This was the worst Jersey Mike’s I’ve ever had anywhere. That’s including other states. This is a #13 Italian on a gluten free roll. You can’t even see the salami or pepperoni here. It is so thin and no meat. They should be embarrassed to serve this in Wall Township, NJ. So close to the original location and so far from standards. We also got two others. Another Italians and a roast beef. Equally as bad on the quantity of meat. I added a second picture of the roast beef. It’s ridiculous

Wow what a way for a private equity firm to absolutely destroy a great franchise that we have been going to in Wall, NJ for 20 years.Bought 2 Italian subs for $40 that had about 1/4 inch of meat( I measured it because I knew something was really wrong). Peter , I hope in your sale deal that you would have required the PE firm to maintain the ounces of meat per sub deal. Also we are personal friends with at least 15 franchise owners and they are losing business every day as reported. I showed no less than 30 people the disgusting $40 2 subs- Wall franchise will go out of business. Consumers are not stupid. New owners are cutting costs and raising prices and treating consumers as idiots. We will simply not buy. Peter- really disappointed that you have allowed the destruction after all your have done for NJ. FIX IT.

Plenty of people working. Associates were very friendly. The guy making my sandwiches must’ve been in training because when he was making my veggie sub, I asked him for the green peppers that is supposed to be on it and he said they didn’t have them. At 11:30 on a weekday I would expect that one of the main components of the only vegetarian sandwich would be available. Especially with a grocery store right next-door. Also for some reason the salami was tasteless. Jury is out on a return visit.

Barely any meat or cheese on the subs here – more like eating a salad vs a sub! And the older Woman cashier here copped a total attitude when I wasn’t able to leave a tip. She actually inspected my receipt and when she noticed there was no tip on it she threw my receipt into the bag and said ‘yeah thanks’ in a snotty way. Totally rude and wouldn’t go back here! And my 12yr old son witnessed all of this – sad really. This review is for the Rt35 location in spring lake. Staff and quality here is night and day from the Manasquan rt70 location which has both great quality and great & friendly staff!!

Ordered a delivery of 2 wraps. One wrap no problem. The tuna wrap had tons of oil & vinegar dripping through the bag. The wrap was rolled up like a sub . Not wrapped properly like a wrap should be. Wasn’t even cut. Called to have a refund. Mgr was busy took my number & never called back. Will not return

Got me a 20$ bread sandwich today. 1 thin layer of cheese ham and turkey. They should take lessons from the rt 70 Manasquan store, they make a sub above not this location. Come on people its not that hard to make a sub.

If I could give it 10 stars I would! It’s my favorite sub shop in NJ. The subs are nicely put together and taste delicious! The staff is always friendly and the atmosphere is always nice and clean. Really a great sub shop.

This place is so hit or miss. This past (and my last) visit, there was no line in the store. A friend and I both got hot subs, ordered one after another. They asked my friend twice how they wanted the sub and still made it wrong. They started to make mine (or so I thought). I sat down with my friend while they ate and waited for my cheesesteak. Shortly after, a handful of people walked into the store. They got their subs and left, the grill was still going. About 10 minutes pass, maybe 8 or 9 customers total come through the place and leave. At the 15 minute mark, nothing was on the grill and I realized they completely forgot to make my sub, or gave it away to someone else. I had no more time to wait and asked for a refund. They then had the nerve to ask me for my receipt. Well the employee that rushed me down the line, but forgot to make my food didn’t give me one!! They were so quick to take the payment though! Finally they credited me back (or so they said) and I left. I don’t understand how you have to order one-by-one, charge me, and then didn’t even make my food.
The original Jersey Mikes that started a nationwide chain is 20 minutes from this location. How does the quality and service drop off so steeply a few towns over? It seems obvious that the employees have a difficult time keeping up with online ordering and in-store customers. I kept my cool, I didn’t give any employees a hard time, I got my refund, and I left. Jersey Mikes won’t be wasting my time again. There’s a million pizza places and deli’s in NJ that can give you quality food without the issues.

Last 3 visits very disappointed with the Roastbeef on out subs. I always loved the roastbeef. But last few visits just tat this location the roadtbeef hasn’t tasted good. It’s over cooked dark brown and very dry. But I have been to the Point Pleasant location and have not had this problem.
I’m wondering if they changed the roast beef they use at this one location?
Today I wound up just taking the dried out roastbeef off my sub and just at the cheese and lettuce and tomatoes.
I wont be ordering Roast beef subs from this jersey mikes anymore.
