Great store! Wait isn’t long. Had no problem finding a place to park however locating the store for the first time was a bit obscure. You don’t see it from Swimming River Rd and from Newman springs Rd, you can drive past it before noticing. Not an optimum location. Plus depending upon time of day, traffic can be heavy.

This is one of the locations to avoid. Love jersey Mikes, but each location is different, and I’d drive twice the distance to get a better meal. Online order was very wrong, no condiments on any subs, bread tasted funny, and was more like going to a Subway chain.

For those expecting to call out a number get that classic Jersey sub, this isn’t the place… UNLESS you know what it takes to get that “Oh this is a Jersey sub” flavor. You can guide the staff through the process of making you cold subs so that it’s almost as good as a deli sub. They have all the fixin’s so it’s not that hard.

Very unprofessional location. I ordered on doordash and they forgot half my order, I tried to call to ask for a refund and no one answered the phone even though they’re open for another hour. No one got back to me, and I’m extremely unhappy with my visit. I won’t be returning!

Went today and had the teriyaki chicken sandwich. Sandwich was good but the issue is, they overcharged me for them. Then someone else ordered it and they overcharged them too. Charged me 8.35 the proce should have been 7.49. May be trivial but if they did it to 2 people within 5 minutes, how many more people do they do it to?

First time ever going to a Jersey Mikes. I havent eaten the food yet, but I gotta say that the staff was super friendly and helpful. They gave suggestions on what to get because i looked unsure, and then struck up a conversation about Zelda games when they saw a Triforce symbol on my wallet. Cool place!

Inquired about the addition of oil and vinegar to the salad, they responded that they had done so, but there was no vinegar or oil present. I will never visit this Jersey Mike’s store again.
