Walked in to a very welcoming atmosphere with a super friendly staff. I had my yankee hat on and we got to talking sports as my #26 was being made. The sandwich was delicious and made to order! I usually get Jersey Mike’s closer to where I live, but when I’m in the Totowa area, I will definitely be back!

Subs come with little to no meat and cheese on them. My giant turkey and cheese was a lettuce sandwich with turkey and cheese flavor. Unfortunately this has been the trend for the last few years and I think today will be my last order. A $20 sub should not have such paper thin amounts of each.

This location never disappoints. From the friendly employees, to the cleanliness of the restaurant to the attention to detail with making your sandwiches, they always satisfy! I had an extremely negative experience at the register today. The cashier asked to check whether my phone number was part of the loyalty program, and I agreed to enter it. After a new screen appeared, he pressed several buttons and enrolled me in the loyalty program without my consent. I was led to believe my number was being checked only, not used to sign me up. This was done without my authorization, and I am unsure how legal this practice is. I am extremely disappointed with the service

There just was not enough meat or cheese on our sandwiches. I asked for extra provolone, and there wasn’t… it looks like there was like 3 slices of Roast Beef on my sandwich. If I’m paying over $10 for a sandwich, I want a nice, healthy amount of roast, beef and my girlfriend’s sandwich was thinner than 2 pieces of paper and I told the kid 3 times what I wanted on that sandwich. And it took me 5 times 2 tell him what was on the sandwich, so it’s almost like you have to write it down and give him the piece of paper.

Guy at the front counter didn’t get his name who was working on 11/15/25 at 10:30am was very rude. I asked if I can get a club sub without the ham, just a question to which he proceeded to tell me “your not gonna rip me off kid, I know what your doing”. I’m a grown man I have no idea who this employee is but he needs to work on his customers service skills. I know I will never come back to this Jersey mikes and neither will my friends or family who love my recommendation.
