He was incredibly patient while I decided on my order and even suggested a few great options. My sub was made perfectly, fresh, and exactly how I wanted it. I was kind of skeptical because I never had Jersey Mikes before but I gave it a try. When I went in I was greeted with a smile and asked how my day was by an employee named Milton. He had great customer service and was very respectful. He made sure I got exactly what I wanted and how I wanted it. I grew up on Subway, but for a while now I’ve been Doordashing Jersey Mike’s. Happened to be in the area and decided to stop by for a sub. Absolutely glad with the decision. The Italian Sub was great, will always recommend it. Marissa definitely made the experience what it was – extremely delightful. We placed an order on their app. It said the order would be ready in 15 min. Over 25 minutes later, I’m still here in the store waiting for our order to be made. It took 30 minutes for two mini’s and a regular cheesesteak. With no apologizes for the delay. And to top it off, they couldn’t even cut my sub properly.

This Jersey Mike’s location has a very positive energy, all the workers were smiling and joking around as they made orders. Very good atmosphere and environment, the smiles were contagious. Marissa is a wonderful worker, and made my sandwich just how I like it, I would recommend dining here.

Somehow whenever I order from this jersey mikes they give me the complete wrong order. They managed to butcher a sandwich that was supposed to have just lettuce and oil and vinegar which is so simple and put tomato, mayo, and no oil or vinegar on it. The smaller sandwich had no tomato but no mayo or oil and vinegar. I literally asked for extra oil and vinegar on the bread for both and I got none. They also put onions which I’m allergic to. Is it really that hard to make a sandwich? I love jersey mikes but this one disgraces their company name.
